【摘要】：選取環(huán)渤海灣地區(qū)13個(gè)不同地點(diǎn)不同種植年限的日光溫室蔬菜土壤為研究對(duì)象,測(cè)定0~30cm與30~60cm土層的蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶和過氧化物酶的活性,分析其變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:同一種植年限設(shè)施土壤蔗糖酶與過氧化物酶活性在0~30cm土層普遍高于30~60cm土層,而多酚氧化酶活性在0~30cm土層低于30~60cm土層。土壤中蔗糖酶活性隨種植年限的增加無顯著性變化;多酚氧化酶活性與過氧化物酶活性在0~30cm土層均隨種植年限的增加呈下降趨勢(shì),但在30~60cm土層無顯著差異。蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶和過氧化物酶活性在京津冀、蘇魯和遼三大地區(qū)間差異顯著。因此,為了維持日光溫室土壤的可持續(xù)利用,提高土壤肥力,應(yīng)適當(dāng)控制連續(xù)種植的年限,本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明連續(xù)蔬菜種植年限以15a以內(nèi)為宜。
[Abstract]:The activities of sucrase, polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase in soil layers of 30 cm and 30 0 cm were determined in 13 greenhouse vegetable soils with different planting years in 13 locations around Bohai Bay. The results showed that the activities of sucrase and peroxidase were generally higher in 0 ~ 30 cm soil layer than in 30 ~ 60 cm soil layer in the same planting years. However, the polyphenol oxidase activity in 0 ~ 30 cm soil layer was lower than that in 30 ~ 60 cm soil layer. There was no significant change in sucrose enzyme activity with the increase of planting years, while the polyphenol oxidase activity and peroxidase activity in 0 ~ 30 cm soil layer decreased with the increase of planting years. But there was no significant difference in the soil layer of 30 ~ 60cm. The activities of sucrase, polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase were significantly different in the three regions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Sulu and Liaoning. Therefore, in order to maintain the sustainable utilization of the soil in solar greenhouse, the soil fertility was improved. The years of continuous planting should be controlled properly. The results showed that the suitable years of continuous vegetable cultivation were within 15 years.
