城市郊區(qū)耕地入選基本菜田的綜合質量評價(英文)

【摘要】:合理劃定基本菜田是提升蔬菜生產(chǎn)能力、保障城市蔬菜均衡供應的基礎。該研究在界定基本菜田內涵的基礎上,構建平谷區(qū)耕地入選基本菜田的綜合質量評價模型,以期為大城市郊區(qū)基本菜田布局提供科學依據(jù)。結果表明:1)從田塊質量、生態(tài)適宜性、空間穩(wěn)定性、交通區(qū)位與蔬菜種植習慣等4方面構建耕地入選基本菜田的綜合質量評價指標體系,充分考慮了蔬菜生產(chǎn)對耕地質量的基本需求以及國家和農(nóng)業(yè)部對基本菜田的政策要求,包含了水資源供需狀況和重要水源保護區(qū)等指標,使得該研究的評價方法更合理;2)平谷區(qū)耕地的田塊質量、生態(tài)適宜性、空間穩(wěn)定性、交通區(qū)位與蔬菜種植習慣等評價結果呈現(xiàn)差異性分布;诰C合質量評價結果,將平谷區(qū)耕地圖斑劃分為最適宜區(qū)、較適宜區(qū)、一般適宜區(qū)和不適宜區(qū)。其中,最適宜區(qū)是基本菜田的首選區(qū)域,主要分布在平谷新城周邊的東高村鎮(zhèn)、夏各莊鎮(zhèn)、山東莊鎮(zhèn)和大興莊鎮(zhèn),面積為3 472.33 hm2,占平谷區(qū)耕地總面積的28.25%;其次是較適宜區(qū),面積為5 186.28 hm2;一般適宜區(qū)的面積為2 860.86 hm2,可作為基本菜田儲備區(qū)域;不適宜區(qū)的土壤表土質地差、有機質含量低,加之遠離平谷新城、交通不便等因素,不適宜劃為基本菜田。3)建議圍繞首都"菜籃子工程"建設,強化基本菜田的分級建設與保護,形成露地蔬菜、設施蔬菜和蔬菜園區(qū)相互補充的蔬菜生產(chǎn)格局。
[Abstract]:The rational delineation of basic vegetable fields is the basis of improving vegetable production capacity and ensuring balanced supply of urban vegetables. On the basis of defining the connotation of basic vegetable fields, a comprehensive quality evaluation model for the selection of cultivated land into basic vegetable fields in Pinggu area is constructed. In order to provide scientific basis for the layout of basic vegetable fields in the suburbs of big cities, the results show that the field quality, ecological suitability and spatial stability are determined by the analysis of the field mass, ecological suitability and spatial stability. The comprehensive quality evaluation index system of cultivated land selected to basic vegetable fields is constructed in four aspects, such as transportation location and vegetable planting habits. The basic demand of vegetable production for cultivated land quality and the policy requirements of the state and the Ministry of Agriculture on basic vegetable fields are fully considered. Including the water resources supply and demand situation and the important water source protection area and so on, which makes the evaluation method of this study more reasonable (2) the farmland quality, ecological suitability and spatial stability of the cultivated land in Pinggu area. Based on the results of comprehensive quality evaluation, the cultivated land spots in the flat valley area are divided into the most suitable area, the more suitable area, the general suitable area and the unsuitable area. The most suitable area is the first choice for basic vegetable fields, mainly distributed in Donggaocun, Xiagezhuang, Shandong and Daxingzhuang towns around Pinggu New City, with an area of 3 472.33 hm2, accounting for 28.25% of the total cultivated land area in Pinggu, followed by the more suitable area. The area is 5 186.28 hm2, the area of general suitable area is 2 860.86 hm2, which can be used as the basic vegetable field reserve area, the soil surface soil texture is poor, the content of organic matter is low in the unsuitable area, in addition, it is far away from Pinggu New Town, and the transportation is inconvenient, etc. It is not suitable to be classified as basic vegetable field. (3) it is suggested that the construction of "vegetable basket project" should be centered around the construction of the capital's "vegetable basket project", and the construction and protection of basic vegetable fields should be strengthened, so as to form a vegetable production pattern in which vegetables in open fields, facilities and vegetable parks complement each other.
