農(nóng)田地面不平度測(cè)量與分析

【摘要】:農(nóng)田地面高低不平是導(dǎo)致農(nóng)機(jī)行駛時(shí)產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)的原因,想要研究各種農(nóng)機(jī)在不同農(nóng)田地面行駛時(shí)的振動(dòng)問(wèn)題,不可避免地要研究不同農(nóng)田的地面不平度。針對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)還未開(kāi)始系統(tǒng)全面地研究不同農(nóng)田地面不平度及科研工作者在研究農(nóng)機(jī)振動(dòng)問(wèn)題時(shí)受限于沒(méi)有農(nóng)田地面不平度作為隨機(jī)激勵(lì)的現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了一套適用于不同類型拖拉機(jī)且安裝方便的測(cè)量系統(tǒng),并對(duì)陜西海升現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)中的3種地面(果園軟路面、堅(jiān)實(shí)土路、石子路)的不平度進(jìn)行了測(cè)量與分析,得到3種地面的不平度與功率譜密度曲線。經(jīng)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等級(jí)功率譜密度比較,得出軟路面和堅(jiān)實(shí)土路的地面等級(jí)介于C級(jí)和D級(jí)之間,石子路的地面等級(jí)介于B級(jí)和C級(jí)之間,表明石子路地面較其他兩種地面平整。其結(jié)果與所觀察到的真實(shí)地況相符,從而驗(yàn)證了該套測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的可靠性,為以后建立農(nóng)田地面不平度數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和研究農(nóng)機(jī)行駛振動(dòng)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The unevenness of farmland ground is the reason that causes the vibration of farm machinery. We want to study the vibration of all kinds of farm machinery when driving on different farmland ground. It is inevitable to study the surface unevenness of different farmland. In view of the fact that there has not been a systematic and comprehensive study on the surface roughness of different farmland in China at present, the researchers are limited by the lack of farmland when they study the vibration problem of agricultural machinery. The present situation of irregularity as random excitation, A measuring system suitable for different types of tractors and easy to install is designed and developed, and the unevenness of three kinds of ground (soft road, solid earth road, stone road) in Shaanxi Haisheng Modern Agricultural Park is measured and analyzed. Compared with the standard grade, the ground grade of soft pavement and solid soil road is between class C and D, and the grade of stone road is between class B and C, the curve of power spectrum density of three kinds of ground is obtained, and the grade of soft pavement and solid soil road is between class C and D, and the grade of stone road is between class B and class C. The results show that the ground of the stone road is flat than that of the other two kinds of ground, and the results are in agreement with the observed ground conditions, which verifies the reliability of the measuring system. It lays a foundation for the establishment of the farmland surface roughness database and the study of the driving vibration of farm machinery.
