昆蟲(chóng)翅發(fā)育研究的現(xiàn)狀與前景

【摘要】:翅的形成有利于昆蟲(chóng)的遷移,一些害蟲(chóng)依靠強(qiáng)大的飛行能力擴(kuò)散為害,致使農(nóng)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)損失嚴(yán)重。目前,昆蟲(chóng)翅發(fā)育研究在遺傳調(diào)控機(jī)理方面取得了大量突破性進(jìn)展,作為生物器官的研究模型,昆蟲(chóng)翅為生物醫(yī)學(xué)提供了良好的范本。為深入了解昆蟲(chóng)翅發(fā)育的研究進(jìn)展和在植物保護(hù)及生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用,本文介紹了昆蟲(chóng)翅發(fā)育的普遍調(diào)控機(jī)理,對(duì)比了不同變態(tài)發(fā)育類(lèi)型代表性昆蟲(chóng)的翅發(fā)育關(guān)鍵調(diào)控基因及其作用機(jī)理,并結(jié)合最新涌現(xiàn)的RNA農(nóng)藥、納米材料轉(zhuǎn)染生物分子、基因編輯等技術(shù),分析并展望了農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲(chóng)防治中的翅模型研究的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The formation of wings is beneficial to the migration of insects, and some pests rely on strong flight ability to spread, which results in serious economic losses in agriculture and forestry industry. At present, researches on insect wing development have made a great deal of breakthrough progress in genetic regulation mechanism. As a research model of biological organs, insect wings provide a good model for biomedicine. In this paper, the universal regulation mechanism of insect wing development is introduced, and the key genes and action mechanism of insect wing development in different metamorphosed development types are compared. In combination with the newly emerged RNA pesticides, nanomaterials are transfected into biomolecules. The application prospect of wing model in agricultural pest control was analyzed and forecasted.
