【摘要】：以硝化抑制率作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),研究了影響硝化抑制劑抑制效果測(cè)定方法的主要因素,包括氮土比、培養(yǎng)時(shí)間以及土壤類型等。確立了測(cè)定穩(wěn)定性肥料中硝化抑制劑抑制作用效果的最佳檢測(cè)方法:稱取風(fēng)干后的棕壤200 g,以氮土比1.15∶1 000準(zhǔn)確稱取樣肥,并將其充分混勻,以25%的含水量,在30℃培養(yǎng)箱中培養(yǎng)。選擇自培養(yǎng)開始的第9、12、15 d測(cè)定土壤中硝態(tài)氮(包括亞硝態(tài)氮)的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)。該檢測(cè)方法提高了評(píng)價(jià)效率和準(zhǔn)確度。
