【摘要】：基于生態(tài)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平與環(huán)境效應(yīng)兩大評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建,運(yùn)用熵權(quán)-TOPSIS法測(cè)度了農(nóng)村生態(tài)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平與環(huán)境效應(yīng)的貼近度以及環(huán)境效應(yīng)與生態(tài)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平等相關(guān)指標(biāo)的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度,結(jié)果表明,2000—2014年我國(guó)生態(tài)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平與農(nóng)村自然、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度在90%以上,與農(nóng)村環(huán)境綜合效應(yīng)的關(guān)聯(lián)度在70%以上,生態(tài)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的實(shí)施對(duì)于提升農(nóng)村生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)效應(yīng)發(fā)揮了較為顯著的促進(jìn)作用。著眼于我國(guó)農(nóng)村綜合環(huán)境的持續(xù)改善,仍需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化培訓(xùn)、加快農(nóng)業(yè)和環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化進(jìn)程以及增強(qiáng)與國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的接軌。
[Abstract]:Based on the construction of two evaluation index systems, the level of ecological standardization and the environmental effect, Using entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure the close degree of rural ecological standardization level and environmental effect, as well as the grey correlation degree of environmental effect and ecological standardization level. The results show that the level of ecological standardization in China from 2000 to 2014 is related to the nature and society in rural areas. The grey correlation degree of economic environment is more than 90%, and the correlation degree with the comprehensive effect of rural environment is more than 70%. The implementation of ecological standardization has played a significant role in promoting the protection effect of rural ecological environment. In view of the sustainable improvement of rural comprehensive environment, it is still necessary to further strengthen rural standardization training. We will speed up the process of agricultural and environmental standardization and strengthen the alignment with international standards.
