污泥高溫好氧堆肥工藝優(yōu)化的研究

【摘要】:污水廠(chǎng)剩余污泥的處理處置已成為一個(gè)影響環(huán)境的重要問(wèn)題。堆肥因具有可將污泥轉(zhuǎn)化為有價(jià)值的堆肥產(chǎn)品,且運(yùn)行成本低的優(yōu)點(diǎn)而應(yīng)用前景廣泛。但目前污泥堆肥存在堆肥周期長(zhǎng)、存在惡臭氣體、調(diào)理劑用量大等問(wèn)題。為此,本課題基于多尺度調(diào)控理論,分別從顆;镎{(diào)理劑、復(fù)合微生物菌劑、正負(fù)壓耦合通風(fēng)的角度對(duì)污泥高溫好氧堆肥工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化研究,研究結(jié)果如下:1.顆;镎{(diào)理劑投加量?jī)?yōu)化。在污泥高溫好氧堆肥過(guò)程中,顆;镎{(diào)理劑的最佳投加量為20%,在此投加量條件下,堆體快速升溫,第2天已接近50℃高溫,維持高溫期最長(zhǎng),達(dá)到8天;有機(jī)質(zhì)的含量由初始的59.8%降至47.4%;堆肥除濕效果較好,污泥堆肥化產(chǎn)物的最終含水率為48.4%;有保氮效果,可使堆體中的氨氣保持在500ppm以下;最終污泥轉(zhuǎn)化產(chǎn)物的C/N比初始污泥的大;堆體氧較高,不易產(chǎn)生H2S。且引起堆體pH值變化不大。2.復(fù)合微生物菌劑接種比例確定。污泥高溫好氧堆肥過(guò)程中復(fù)合微生物菌劑最佳接種比例為5%,在此接種比例條件下,堆體快速加溫,第3天已至59℃,高溫期較長(zhǎng),為6天;污泥有機(jī)質(zhì)降解較快,從初始的59.2%降至最終的51.7%;堆肥除濕效果較好,污泥堆肥化產(chǎn)物的最終含水率為58.3%,調(diào)理劑最終含水率為36.2%;堆體氨氣在500ppm以下;最終污泥堆肥化產(chǎn)物的C/N比明顯比初始污泥的低;堆體氧氣含量經(jīng)歷先下降后上升的趨勢(shì),其硫化氫含量與氧氣含量成負(fù)相關(guān)。但引起堆體pH值變化不大。3.通風(fēng)方式的選擇。污泥高溫好氧堆肥最佳通風(fēng)方式為先負(fù)壓后正壓的通風(fēng)方式,在此通風(fēng)方式條件下,堆體前期升溫較快,比采用正壓通風(fēng)最高溫度高6℃;有利于堆體中后期去除水分,污泥最終含水率較低,為53.5%,調(diào)理劑的最終含水率最低,為35.4%;有利于堆體有機(jī)質(zhì)的降解,其最終含量最低,為40.4%;釋放的氨氣濃度低;最終污泥C/N比比原始污泥的高。但引起堆體pH值變化不大。
[Abstract]:The treatment and disposal of excess sludge in wastewater treatment plants has become an important problem affecting the environment. Composting has the ability to convert sludge into valuable composting products. However, sludge composting has many problems, such as long composting cycle, bad odor gas and large amount of conditioning agent. The optimization of sludge high temperature aerobic composting process was studied from the point of view of combined microbial agent, positive and negative pressure coupling ventilation. The results are as follows: 1. Optimizing the dosage of granulated biological conditioning agent in the process of sludge high temperature aerobic composting. The optimum dosage of granulated biological conditioning agent is 20. Under the condition of this dosage, the body of the reactor heats up rapidly, and on the second day it is close to 50 鈩,
