中國低碳農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的動態(tài)演進(jìn)及收斂性研究

【摘要】:利用DEA-Malmquist模型考察了我國30個省(市、區(qū))1994~2012年的低碳農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展水平,在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用Kernel密度函數(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長收斂理論探討了其動態(tài)演進(jìn)與收斂性。結(jié)果表明:1)我國低碳農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展水平省域差異明顯,北京以絕對優(yōu)勢占據(jù)榜首,海南則處在最后一位;從增長源泉來看,農(nóng)業(yè)前沿技術(shù)發(fā)揮了更為重要的作用,而技術(shù)效率改善所起到的作用相對較少。2)我國低碳農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率地區(qū)差距在樣本考察期內(nèi)縮小趨勢較為明顯。其中,農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)效率經(jīng)歷了一個擴(kuò)大、縮小、擴(kuò)大的波動起伏過程,最終差距明顯擴(kuò)大;農(nóng)業(yè)前沿技術(shù)進(jìn)步則經(jīng)歷了一個擴(kuò)大、大幅縮小、縮小的變化過程,最終地區(qū)差距明顯縮小。3)總體而言,全國及東、中、部地區(qū)均不存在顯著的σ收斂,但同時(shí)卻存在顯著的絕對β收斂與條件β收斂。
[Abstract]:The development level of low-carbon agriculture in 30 provinces (cities and districts) of China from 1994 to 2012 was investigated by using DEA-Malmquist model. The dynamic evolution and convergence of Kernel density function and economic growth convergence theory are discussed in this paper. The results show that there are obvious differences in the development level of low-carbon agriculture in different provinces in China, and Beijing occupies the top position by absolute advantage. Hainan is in the last place; From the source of growth, agricultural frontier technology has played a more important role. The technical efficiency improvement plays a relatively small role. 2) the regional gap of low carbon agricultural productivity in China is more obvious in the sample inspection period. Among them, the agricultural technical efficiency has experienced an expansion, narrowing. The fluctuation and fluctuation process of the expansion, the final gap is obviously enlarged; Agricultural frontier technological progress has experienced a process of expansion, significant reduction, narrowing of the change process, and the final regional gap significantly narrowed .3) overall, there is no significant 蟽 convergence in the whole country, in the east, in the middle, in the region. But there are significant absolute 尾 convergence and conditional 尾 convergence at the same time.
