咪唑乙煙酸降解菌的分離鑒定及降解條件優(yōu)化

【摘要】:分離、鑒定除草劑咪唑乙煙酸降解菌IM9603并優(yōu)化其降解條件。通過(guò)形態(tài)學(xué),生理生化反應(yīng),16S r DNA初步鑒定該菌株分類(lèi)地位,利用Box-Behnken優(yōu)化該菌株對(duì)咪唑乙煙酸的降解條件。結(jié)果顯示,初步鑒定該菌株屬于表短桿菌屬,在條件(p H5.5,溫度26.2℃,接菌量1 m L(OD600=1))下降解能力最強(qiáng),菌株IM9603在咪唑乙煙酸初始濃度為50 mg/L的條件下在7d內(nèi)降解率可達(dá)93.08%。分離出的咪唑乙煙酸降解菌屬于Brevibacterium epidermidis菌株,該菌株對(duì)咪唑乙煙酸具有較高的降解能力,在環(huán)境修復(fù)方面存在潛在的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:To isolate, identify and optimize the degradation conditions of herbicide imidazolyl nicotinic acid degrading bacteria (IM9603). The taxonomic status of the strain was preliminarily identified by morphological, physiological and biochemical reactions (16s r DNA). Box-Behnken was used to optimize the degradation conditions of imidazolyl nicotinic acid. The results showed that the strain belonged to epibrachia, and the temperature was 26.2 鈩,
