蚯蚓堆肥與益生菌配施對(duì)土壤肥力及微生物特性的影響

【摘要】:基于等量養(yǎng)分條件,本試驗(yàn)研究了蚯蚓堆肥與解淀粉芽孢桿菌(X)和熒光假單胞菌(Y)兩株不同功能益生菌配施對(duì)西瓜地土壤肥力和微生物特性的影響。結(jié)果表明,不論添加益生菌與否,蚯蚓堆肥較單施化肥或常規(guī)堆肥均提高了土壤速效養(yǎng)分含量,顯著增加了土壤微生物生物量和土壤酶活性,其中土壤NO_3~ -N含量較常規(guī)堆肥提高了14.7%。益生菌的添加活化了土壤養(yǎng)分,增加了土壤細(xì)菌、放線菌、解淀粉芽孢桿菌和熒光假單胞菌數(shù)量,降低了土壤真菌數(shù)量,同時(shí)顯著提高了土壤酶活性。各處理比較而言,蚯蚓堆肥配施益生菌在土壤速效養(yǎng)分含量、土壤微生物生物量及土壤酶活性上提升作用最為明顯,其中蚯蚓堆肥配施混合益生菌處理(VCXY)的土壤細(xì)菌數(shù)量和蔗糖酶活性相較于常規(guī)堆肥配施混合益生菌處理(CDXY)分別提高了32.0%和14.4%。方差分析結(jié)果表明,蚯蚓堆肥和常規(guī)堆肥與益生菌在土壤速效磷、速效鉀、微生物生物量碳、細(xì)菌數(shù)量、真菌數(shù)量、脲酶及蔗糖酶活性上存在顯著交互作用。綜上所述,蚯蚓堆肥與益生菌配施可顯著促進(jìn)土壤肥力和微生物活性的改善,可替代部分化肥用于設(shè)施蔬菜的綠色生產(chǎn)和土壤培肥。
[Abstract]:Based on the same amount of nutrients. The effects of earthworm compost, Bacillus amylolyticus X) and Pseudomonas fluorescens on soil fertility and microbial characteristics in watermelon field were studied. No matter whether it was added or not, earthworm compost increased the content of soil available nutrients, soil microbial biomass and soil enzyme activity compared with single fertilizer or conventional compost. The content of No3 ~ + -N in soil increased by 14.70.The addition of probiotics activated soil nutrients and increased soil bacteria and actinomycetes. The amount of Bacillus amylolyticus and Pseudomonas fluorescens decreased the number of soil fungi and significantly increased the activity of soil enzyme. Soil microbial biomass and soil enzyme activity increased most obviously. The amount of soil bacteria and sucrase activity of earthworm compost combined with mixed probiotics treatment were higher than that of conventional compost combined with mixed probiotics treatment. The results of ANOVA showed that 32.0% and 14.4 were increased respectively. Earthworm compost and conventional compost had significant interaction with probiotics in soil available phosphorus, available potassium, microbial biomass carbon, bacterial number, fungal number, urease and sucrase activity. Combined application of earthworm compost and probiotics can significantly improve soil fertility and microbial activity, and can replace some chemical fertilizers for green production of greenhouse vegetables and soil fertilization.
