文章摘要：要素真賦條件是農業(yè)發(fā)展的根本制約.技術進步是實現(xiàn)我國農業(yè)發(fā)展方式轉變的巨大動力.兩者間的高度鍋合協(xié)調是我國農業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的必然要求。改革開放以來.我國農業(yè)要素真賦和技術條件都有所變化。本文從鍋合關系的視角.利用鍋合協(xié)調模型.建立相應的指標體系.分析了改革開放以來我國農業(yè)技術進步和要素真賦的鍋合協(xié)調性.并對各地區(qū)間兩者的鍋合協(xié)調關系進行了比較。結果發(fā)現(xiàn)：在過去一段時間內.我國農業(yè)要素真賦結構的優(yōu)化速度滯后于技術進步的步伐;農業(yè)技術進步與要素真賦的鍋合性沒有發(fā)生明顯波動一直處于領頑階段.且呈現(xiàn)出“U”型的變化趨勢;1981-2011年間，我國農業(yè)技術進步和要素稟賦的耦合協(xié)調度逐年提高，，已由改革開放初的低廉耦合協(xié)調發(fā)展成為高度耦合協(xié)調；各地區(qū)間農業(yè)技術進步和要素稟賦的耦合性存在一定差異，多數(shù)地區(qū)兩者閥耦合協(xié)調關系擒予中度耦合協(xié)調型，北京和西藏兩地仍處于低水平耦合階段，僅江蘇、山東、河南、廣東四省為高度耦合協(xié)調型。在農業(yè)改革過程中，應羞重強調發(fā)揮市場在促進農業(yè)技術進步和要素稟賦結構升級中的決定性作用，為實現(xiàn)兩者的高度耦合創(chuàng)造良好的制度環(huán)境。同時。應充分考慮我國各地區(qū)農業(yè)要素稟賦條件的差異性，選擇與當?shù)匾胤A賦相透應的技術類型，以期最大限度地發(fā)揮生產要素的作用和技術本身的效率。

Abstr：Factor endowment conditions are the fundamental constraint of agricultural development. Technology progress is the massive dynamic for the transformation of China＇ s agricultural development mode. Both China＇ s agricultural factor endowment and technology conditions have changed since reform and opening up. From the perspective of coupling relationship and using the coupling coordination model, this paper established corresponding index system, analyzes the coupling coordination degree of the agricultural technology progress and factor endowment in China since reform and opening up and compared the coupling relationship between the two in all regions. The results are as follows： during the past period of time, the speed of optimizing Chinas agricultural endowment structure lags behind the paee of technological progress ; there is no obvious flnctualion between agricuhural technology progress and factor endowment and the coupling relationship between them has always been in the stage of mutual confrontation, showing a change trend of ＇ U＇ type; 1981- 2011, the eoupling relationship between the two gradually increased, and has changed from the low degree of coupled eoordination to highly coupled coordination; there is a certain difference between the two in all regions, the eoupled coordination of most of regions belongs to moderate type of coupling coordination, Beijing and Tibet are still in the low coupling stage, and only Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan and Guangdong belong to highly coupled coordination type.
