裂紋缺陷對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)斷裂行為的影響效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:采用落錘沖擊加載的方式,結(jié)合焦散線方法,研究了裂紋缺陷對(duì)有機(jī)玻璃(PMMA)板條試件動(dòng)態(tài)斷裂行為的影響效應(yīng)。通過對(duì)試件斷裂破壞過程的觀測和分析,得到了裂紋尖端動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子和裂紋擴(kuò)展速度的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,該試驗(yàn)加載條件下,結(jié)構(gòu)的斷裂韌度約為1.00 MN/m~(3/2);裂紋缺陷的存在對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)裂紋擴(kuò)展的總體效果是抑制的,含裂紋缺陷試件中運(yùn)動(dòng)裂紋的擴(kuò)展時(shí)間約為不含裂紋缺陷的1.5倍;隨著裂紋缺陷長度的增加,運(yùn)動(dòng)裂紋在缺陷處再次起裂更為困難。
[Abstract]:The effect of crack defects on the dynamic fracture behavior of plexiglass (PMMA) lath specimens was studied by means of drop hammer impact loading and caustic line method.
