溫度壓力對瓦斯爆炸危險性影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:為了研究瓦斯的爆炸危險性,選取對其影響較大的初始溫度和初始壓力進行實驗研究。運用特殊環(huán)境20L爆炸特性測試系統(tǒng),對不同初始溫度(25~200℃)和初始壓力(0.1~1.0 MPa)條件下瓦斯的爆炸極限、最大爆炸壓力和點火延遲時間進行實驗研究。結(jié)果表明:高溫高壓條件使瓦斯的爆炸上限升高、下限降低,爆炸極限范圍擴大;隨著初始溫度升高,瓦斯爆炸的最大爆炸壓力逐漸減小;初始溫度越高,點火延遲時間越短。通過對實驗結(jié)果的分析,運用安全原理知識和危險度定義,給出初步評估瓦斯爆炸危險性的方法。
