大管徑T型三通數(shù)值模擬及局部阻力特性分析

【摘要】:針對供熱系統(tǒng)管網(wǎng)三通分流處的局部阻力影響系統(tǒng)水力平衡及運行能耗的問題,通過Fluent軟件模擬了400mm及以上管徑T型三通內(nèi)流體流動的速度場和壓力場,分別考察了分流比q、雷諾數(shù)Re、管徑比d及管間夾角θ對大管徑三通局部阻力的影響.結(jié)果表明:在研究范圍內(nèi),主管與側(cè)支管間局部阻力系數(shù)ζ_(01)以及主管與直支管間局部阻力系數(shù)ζ_(02)均隨Re的增大而減小,當(dāng)Re達到4.8×10~5時,基本不再變化;d0.8時,ζ_(01)和ζ_(02)均隨q的增大而單調(diào)遞增,而當(dāng)d≥0.8時,局部阻力系數(shù)均與q呈拋物線關(guān)系;q一定時,隨著d的增大,ζ_(01)明顯減小,當(dāng)d0.7時,減小趨勢明顯變緩;根據(jù)流動特征分析發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著θ的增大,側(cè)支管內(nèi)漩渦尺寸、流速梯度及流線彎曲程度明顯增大,導(dǎo)致ζ_(01)明顯增大,直支管內(nèi)流速梯度略微增大,使得ζ_(02)略微增大.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the local resistance at the diversion point of the pipe network of heating system affects the hydraulic balance and energy consumption of the system, the velocity field and pressure field of the fluid flow in the 400mm and above pipe diameter T-way are simulated by Fluent software.
