基于扭擺法的三扭桿轉(zhuǎn)動慣量測量裝置

【摘要】:針對現(xiàn)有轉(zhuǎn)動慣量測量裝置中存在測量范圍過小的問題,基于扭擺法研制了一臺三扭桿測量裝置。該裝置通過兩個可動插銷實現(xiàn)單、雙和三扭桿的切換,在一臺裝置上實現(xiàn)三臺不同測量裝置的功能。同時給出三種不同使用狀態(tài)下的轉(zhuǎn)動慣量測量范圍的詳細(xì)推導(dǎo)過程。結(jié)果表明與單、雙扭桿測量裝置相比,該裝置的轉(zhuǎn)動慣量測量范圍明顯提高,有效地解決了單、雙扭桿存在的測量范圍過小的問題,從而驗證了該裝置的有效性和實用性。
[Abstract]:A three-torsion bar measuring device based on torsion pendulum method is developed to solve the problem of too small measuring range in the existing rotary inertia measuring device. The device realizes the switching of single, double and three torsion rods through two movable pins, and realizes the functions of three different measuring devices on one device. At the same time, the detailed derivation process of measuring range of moment of inertia in three different states is given. The results show that compared with single and double torsion bar measuring devices, the measuring range of inertia of this device is obviously increased, which effectively solves the problem that the measuring range of single and double torsion rods is too small, thus validating the validity and practicability of the device.
