渦輪葉頂泄漏渦非定常破碎特性分析

【摘要】:為了分析渦輪葉頂間隙泄漏渦的非定常破碎特性,采用數(shù)值方法聯(lián)合標準k-ω兩方程湍流模型求解非定常雷諾平均Navier-Stokes方程,通過施加非定常邊界條件引入流場的非定常性,研究了渦輪葉頂間隙泄漏渦的非定常破碎過程,分析了流動非定常性影響泄漏渦破碎的深層次原因,探討了泄漏渦破碎與損失的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:隨著葉頂泄漏流動向下游發(fā)展,泄漏渦趨于不穩(wěn)定,在葉片60%軸向弦長位置之后逆壓區(qū)出現(xiàn)了破碎現(xiàn)象,渦破碎后的流動呈現(xiàn)出明顯的非定常特征;尾跡引起的逆射流掠過泄漏渦的過程中與其發(fā)生強烈的相互作用,使得泄漏渦破碎位置在71%軸向弦長位置附近周期性前后擺動;同時,尾跡效應還使得泄漏渦破碎前后間隙外摻混損失也相應產(chǎn)生了周期性波動,并且渦破碎后間隙外摻混損失的波動幅度更大,意味著泄漏渦破碎是一種新的泄漏損失產(chǎn)生機制。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the unsteady breakage characteristics of tip clearance leakage vortices of turbine blades, a numerical method combined with the standard k- 蠅 two-equation turbulence model is used to solve the unsteady Reynolds average Navier-Stokes equations. The unsteady flow field is introduced by applying unsteady boundary conditions. The unsteady breakage process of leakage vortex with tip clearance of turbine blade is studied. The deep causes of flow unsteady influence on leakage vortex breakage are analyzed and the relationship between leakage vortex breakage and loss is discussed. The results show that the leakage vortex tends to be unstable with the development of the tip leakage flow downstream, and the reverse pressure zone is broken after 60% axial chord length of the blade, and the flow after vortex breaking shows obvious unsteady characteristics. In the process of the wake induced inverse jet passing through the leakage vortex, there is strong interaction with it, which makes the breaking position of the leakage vortex periodically swing back and forth around 71% axial chord length position, at the same time, The wake effect also causes periodic fluctuation of the external mixing loss before and after the leakage vortex breaking, and the amplitude of the external mixing loss after the vortex breaking is larger, which means that the leakage vortex breakage is a new leakage loss generation mechanism.
