堆石料碾壓試驗的顆粒流模擬新方法

【摘要】:針對堆石料現(xiàn)場碾壓試驗,研究基于顆粒流的仿真模擬新方法。首先,以隨機多邊形顆粒簇形式,建立堆石料的顆粒流模型,充分體現(xiàn)了堆石料的級配、細觀組構(gòu)和破碎效應,從而可以較為真實地模擬堆石料在碾壓過程中的宏、細觀力學響應;然后,提出振動碾壓荷載及碾壓過程的模擬新方法,實現(xiàn)振動碾壓荷載及碾壓過程的仿真模擬;最后,結(jié)合水布埡主堆石料的現(xiàn)場碾壓試驗,利用該方法進行模擬驗證,從而論證該方法的可靠性。該方法可為仿真模擬堆石料碾壓試驗以及研究碾壓效應對堆石料宏觀力學特性的影響奠定基礎(chǔ),具有重要工程指導意義。
[Abstract]:A new simulation method based on particle flow is studied for field rolling test of rockfill.Firstly, in the form of random polygonal particle cluster, the particle flow model of rockfill is established, which fully reflects the gradation, meso-fabric and fragmentation effect of rockfill, so it can simulate the macros of rockfill in the process of compaction.Then, a new simulation method of vibration rolling load and rolling process is put forward to realize the simulation of vibration rolling load and rolling process. Finally, combined with the field rolling test of Shuibuya main rockfill, a new method is proposed to simulate the vibration rolling load and rolling process.The method is used to verify the reliability of the method.This method can be used to simulate the rolling test of rockfill and to study the influence of rolling effect on the macroscopic mechanical properties of rockfill.
