【摘要】：為得到三孔定向爆破作用下空孔對(duì)爆生主裂紋擴(kuò)展過程的影響規(guī)律,采用動(dòng)態(tài)焦散線法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了不含空孔和含空孔情況下爆生裂紋的動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子、擴(kuò)展軌跡及擴(kuò)展速度的變化規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:空孔對(duì)爆生裂紋擴(kuò)展軌跡的導(dǎo)向作用十分明顯。無空孔時(shí),爆生裂紋的擴(kuò)展速度震蕩幅度較大;有空孔時(shí),爆生裂紋的擴(kuò)展速度震蕩幅度較小。無空孔時(shí),三條爆生裂紋在相互貫通之前,裂尖的動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子會(huì)突然增大,然后迅速下降;有空孔時(shí),爆生裂紋與空孔貫通前,其動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子則穩(wěn)定在一定范圍內(nèi)震蕩。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain three directional blasting under the influence of empty hole blasting main crack propagation process, using dynamic caustics method, studied the dynamic without empty holes and with empty hole under the condition of blasting crack stress intensity factor, variation of growth trajectory and the pace of expansion. The results show that: empty the guiding role of blasting holes on the crack growth path is very obvious. No empty hole, crack propagation velocity of detonation shock greatly; empty hole, crack propagation velocity of detonation shock amplitude is smaller. Without empty holes, three crack in the hole before the crack tip dynamic stress the strength factor will suddenly increase, and then decreased rapidly; empty hole, blasting empty hole and crack coalescence, the dynamic stress intensity factor is a stable shock in a certain range.
