有限厚度圓柱殼熱沖擊問(wèn)題的廣義熱彈性解

【摘要】:針對(duì)包含有界邊界的軸對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu)受熱沖擊作用的廣義熱彈性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究分析.基于Lord-Shulman廣義熱彈性理論(L-S理論),構(gòu)建了熱沖擊下有限厚度圓柱殼熱彈性響應(yīng)的廣義熱彈性模型.借助Laplace(拉普拉斯)變換技術(shù)以及Bessel函數(shù)的漸進(jìn)特性,推導(dǎo)了溫變載荷作用下,圓柱殼內(nèi)部位移、溫度以及應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的解析表達(dá)式.該表達(dá)式不僅可以清楚地揭示熱沖擊下熱波、熱彈性波在殼體內(nèi)部的傳播、反射以及疊加的作用過(guò)程,更可準(zhǔn)確地捕捉到熱波、熱彈性波波前位置處的階躍現(xiàn)象,并對(duì)熱沖擊誘發(fā)的動(dòng)態(tài)熱應(yīng)力峰值進(jìn)行有效預(yù)測(cè).
[Abstract]:The generalized thermoelastic problem of axisymmetric structures subjected to thermal shock with bounded boundary is studied and analyzed. Based on Lord-Shulman 's generalized thermoelastic theory and L-S theory, the thermoelastic response of cylindrical shells with finite thickness under thermal shock is constructed. Generalized thermoelastic model. With the Laplace transformation technique and the asymptotic properties of Bessel functions, The analytical expressions of the internal displacement, temperature and stress field of cylindrical shells under the action of temperature varying loads are derived, which can not only clearly reveal the propagation of thermal waves and thermoelastic waves in the shell under thermal shock. The step phenomenon at the front position of thermal wave and thermoelastic wave can be accurately captured by reflection and superposition, and the peak value of dynamic thermal stress induced by thermal shock can be predicted effectively.
