四川冕寧南河馬廠村稀土尾礦調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià)及開(kāi)發(fā)利用建議

【摘要】:四川牦牛坪稀土礦經(jīng)前人地質(zhì)勘查和系統(tǒng)研究,查明了原生輕稀土礦資源儲(chǔ)量,總結(jié)了成礦控礦地質(zhì)條件,建立了稀土成礦的三層樓模式,重新預(yù)測(cè)了資源潛力,獲得重要成果。另一方面,礦山在近30年的采選過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生了大量的尾礦棄渣,沿南河馬廠村兩岸廣泛堆積。針對(duì)尾礦中稀土元素的含量、賦存狀態(tài)、有多大資源量、能否再次綜合回收利用等問(wèn)題,2013年對(duì)其進(jìn)行了綜合調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià),查明了尾礦中稀土元素和共(伴)生元素的特征及稀土氧化物的資源量。研究表明:尾礦中的稀土氧化物(REO)含量為0.8%~1.02%,稀土氧化物資源量已達(dá)中型規(guī)模,與之伴生的重晶石(BaSO_4)、天青石(SrSO_4)和Ga,Mn,Mo,Pb等元素具綜合回收價(jià)值;尾礦中的稀土礦物分布粒級(jí)主要為+300目,主體為氟碳鈰礦,-300目粒級(jí)的稀土礦物在鐵錳膠體中呈吸附狀態(tài)。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)證明,重選-磁選和濕法(硫酸)浸出工藝簡(jiǎn)易可行。流經(jīng)水域受污染河段稀土資源流失嚴(yán)重,水樣Pb含量為303~2809μg·L~(-1),屬于嚴(yán)重超標(biāo)。本研究可為硬巖型稀土尾礦資源的二次開(kāi)發(fā)利用和礦區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)提供實(shí)例。
[Abstract]:Through previous geological exploration and systematic study, the reserves of primary light rare earth ore resources have been found out, the geological conditions of mineralization and ore control have been summarized, the three-story model of rare earth mineralization has been established, the resource potential has been re-predicted, and important achievements have been obtained. On the other hand, a large number of tailings and slag have been produced in the process of mining and separation in the past 30 years, which have been widely accumulated along both sides of Machang Village of Nanhe River. In view of the contents of rare earth elements in tailings, the occurrence state, how much resources there are, and whether they can be comprehensively recovered and utilized again, the comprehensive investigation and evaluation were carried out in 2013, and the characteristics of rare earth elements and coexisting elements in tailings and the resources of rare earth oxides were found out. The results show that the (REO) content of rare earth oxides in tailings is 0.8% 鈮,
