【摘要】：以燒結(jié)廠脫硫所產(chǎn)生的脫硫石膏和選鐵后的鐵尾礦為主要原料,對鐵尾礦陶粒的配方和焙燒制度進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:尾礦、脫硫石膏、粉煤灰和煤粉的最佳質(zhì)量配比為57.2%∶16.8%∶22.5%∶3.5%,在預(yù)熱溫度300℃,焙燒溫度1110℃,焙燒時間30 min,冷卻溫度500℃的焙燒制度下燒制陶粒,性能滿足GB/T 17431.1-2010的質(zhì)量要求。
