大尺度混凝土巷旁墻體開裂機理及控制對策

【摘要】:為防止深井沿空留巷大尺度混凝土巷旁墻體開裂破壞,通過水化熱測定試驗分析了充填材料的水化放熱特性,在此基礎(chǔ)上利用ANSYS軟件模擬了巷旁墻體溫度場的演化規(guī)律,理論計算了溫度應力的變化特征,探討了巷旁墻體在溫度應力及采動應力雙重作用下的破壞過程與機理.結(jié)果表明:充填前期巷旁墻體的內(nèi)外溫差高達22.0℃,由此引起的溫度應力超過巷旁墻體的抗拉強度,致使巷旁墻體出現(xiàn)溫度裂縫;頂板壓力使溫度裂縫擴展,最終導致巷旁墻體開裂破壞.基于巷旁墻體雙因素致裂機理,從降低墻體內(nèi)外溫差及緩解頂板壓力2個方面提出墻體開裂控制對策,并將其應用于1231(1)沿空留巷工程實踐,取得了良好的留巷效果.
[Abstract]:In order to prevent the cracking and failure of the wall next to the large scale concrete roadway along the goaf, the hydration and exothermic characteristics of the filling material are analyzed by hydration heat measurement test. On this basis, the evolution law of the temperature field of the wall next to the roadway is simulated by ANSYS software, the variation characteristics of the temperature stress are calculated theoretically, and the failure process and mechanism of the wall next to the roadway under the dual action of temperature stress and mining stress are discussed. The results show that the internal and external temperature difference of the wall next to the roadway is as high as 22.0 鈩,
