基于最優(yōu)小波基選取的掘進(jìn)機(jī)振動信號去噪方法

【摘要】:為了提高掘進(jìn)機(jī)振動信號小波包去噪的效果,最大限度避免噪聲對信號特征提取的影響,提出了基于最優(yōu)小波基選取的掘進(jìn)機(jī)振動信號去噪方法。該方法以信號頻譜為分析依據(jù),首先確定了小波包分解的最優(yōu)分解層數(shù),再選擇最優(yōu)小波基函數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對掘進(jìn)機(jī)振動信號的實(shí)時(shí)處理,去噪效果達(dá)到了最佳,F(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)結(jié)果也驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the denoising effect of wavelet packet of vibration signal of roadheader and avoid the influence of noise on signal feature extraction to the maximum extent, a denoising method of vibration signal of roadheader based on optimal wavelet basis selection is proposed. Based on the analysis of signal spectrum, the optimal decomposition layer number of wavelet packet decomposition is determined, and then the optimal wavelet basis function is selected to realize the real-time processing of vibration signal of roadheader, and the denoising effect is the best. The field test results also verify the effectiveness of the method.
