地應(yīng)力測(cè)量技術(shù)研究與巷道支護(hù)工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:徐莊煤礦-750水平東翼軌道大巷為永久性服務(wù)大巷,在巷道掘進(jìn)期間,巷道施工完成段的頂?shù)装寰霈F(xiàn)不同程度的變形破壞。針對(duì)巷道的異常變形,有必要對(duì)影響煤巖體結(jié)構(gòu)安全與穩(wěn)定的關(guān)鍵因素——地應(yīng)力,進(jìn)行探索與研究。本文在對(duì)地應(yīng)力測(cè)量理論、影響因素、計(jì)算誤差、測(cè)試系統(tǒng)及過(guò)程等深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,在徐莊煤礦-750水平大巷東翼進(jìn)行了地應(yīng)力實(shí)測(cè),并結(jié)合實(shí)測(cè)參數(shù)采用錨桿支護(hù)動(dòng)態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)法進(jìn)行了加固修復(fù)設(shè)計(jì),研究工作獲得主要結(jié)論有:(1)通過(guò)對(duì)地應(yīng)力測(cè)量理論、地應(yīng)力測(cè)量系統(tǒng)與測(cè)試過(guò)程研究的基礎(chǔ)上,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行了三軸應(yīng)變計(jì)的標(biāo)定,并編制了相應(yīng)的地應(yīng)力計(jì)算軟件。(2)采用空心包體應(yīng)力解除法對(duì)徐莊煤礦-750水平東翼軌道大巷與Ⅱ-Ⅰ采區(qū)通風(fēng)下口進(jìn)行了地應(yīng)力現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè),實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果表明:徐莊煤礦二水平東翼區(qū)域以水平構(gòu)造應(yīng)力為主,東西布置的軌道大巷承受近垂直的剪應(yīng)力作用。(3)基于地應(yīng)力實(shí)測(cè)的數(shù)值模擬修復(fù)設(shè)計(jì),應(yīng)用于軌道大巷修復(fù)加固工程,礦壓觀測(cè)結(jié)果表明,巷道圍巖變形趨于穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In Xuzhuang Coal Mine-750 horizontal east wing track, the main roadway is a permanent service roadway. During the driving of the laneway, different degrees of deformation and failure occur in the top floor of the tunnel construction completion section. In view of the abnormal deformation of the tunnel, it is necessary to explore and study the key factors that influence the safety and stability of the structural safety and stability of the coal rock mass. In this paper, on the basis of the in-depth study of the geostress measurement theory, the influence factors, the calculation error, the test system and the process, the ground stress measurement is carried out in the east wing of the horizontal large-lane of Xuzhuang Coal Mine-750, and the design of the reinforcement and repair is carried out by using the dynamic design method of the bolt support in combination with the measured parameters.
