連續(xù)級(jí)配廢石膠結(jié)充填體強(qiáng)度及變形特性試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:采用MTS815巖石力學(xué)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)與自制的膠結(jié)充填體制作裝置,對(duì)骨架顆粒滿足Talbol級(jí)配理論的廢石膠結(jié)充填體進(jìn)行單軸抗壓試驗(yàn)研究,分析了Talbol冪指數(shù)、初始孔隙度、膠結(jié)材料種類及含量對(duì)充填體強(qiáng)度及變形特性的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:充填體單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度、彈性模量、變形模量均隨Talbol指數(shù)n呈先增大、后減小的趨勢(shì);采用2次多項(xiàng)式擬合充填體單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度與骨架顆粒Talbol指數(shù)的關(guān)系,得到了使充填體強(qiáng)度及變形特性達(dá)到最優(yōu)的Talbol指數(shù)n=0.45。充填體單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度基本上隨其初始孔隙度的增大而減小,但當(dāng)孔隙分布均勻性較差時(shí),其試驗(yàn)結(jié)果具有一定差異。滿足Talbol分布的充填體強(qiáng)度隨其膠結(jié)材料膠結(jié)性能的提高而逐漸增大,其中水泥膠結(jié)充填體單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度可以達(dá)到黏土膠結(jié)充填體的6倍以上。另外,膠結(jié)材料含量的提高同樣可以增大充填體的強(qiáng)度,并能夠相應(yīng)地縮短其應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線中的孔隙壓密階段。
[Abstract]:Using MTS815 rock mechanics test system and self-made cement filling system as equipment, the uniaxial compression test of waste stone cement filling body whose skeleton particles meet Talbol gradation theory is carried out, and the Talbol power index and initial porosity are analyzed. Effect of type and content of cementitious materials on strength and deformation characteristics of fillers. The results show that the uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus and deformation modulus of the filling body increase at first and then decrease with the Talbol index n.
