【摘要】：結(jié)合供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革政策要求、我國(guó)行政體制機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀和煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際,提出基于五大政策支柱體系的煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革施策路徑,暨國(guó)家和地方發(fā)展改革委和產(chǎn)業(yè)管理、國(guó)家和地方財(cái)政稅收、金融管理、國(guó)資管理、貿(mào)易管理、勞動(dòng)管理、社會(huì)保障等多部門綜合施策的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式。
[Abstract]:According to the requirement of supply-side structural reform policy, the present situation of China's administrative system and the actual development of coal industry, this paper puts forward the policy path of supply-side structural reform of coal industry based on the five major policy pillar systems. And national and local development and reform commissions and industrial management, state and local fiscal revenue, financial management, state-owned management, trade management, labor management, social security and other multi-sectoral comprehensive policy implementation.
