支架用閥類元件性能測試系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與仿真研究

【摘要】:液壓支架是煤礦綜采工作面支護(hù)系統(tǒng)中的核心設(shè)備,用于支護(hù)巷道煤層頂板,防止矸石回落采煤區(qū),最大限度的保障人員和設(shè)備的安全。閥是液壓支架中的主要控制元件,支架中閥類元件主要包括安全閥、換向閥、液控單向閥、截止閥四類。閥類元件性能的好壞直接影響液壓支架的工作狀態(tài),研究支架閥類元件性能測試方法與系統(tǒng)對保障煤礦安全生產(chǎn)有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文依據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB25794.3-2010《煤礦用液壓支架第3部分:液壓控制系統(tǒng)及閥》中關(guān)于液壓支架用閥類元件性能測試要求,研究確定了閥類元件性能測試系統(tǒng)需要完成的測試項目和主要檢測參數(shù)。按照模塊化的思想設(shè)計了閥類元件性能測試液壓回路,并對液壓試驗臺關(guān)鍵元件進(jìn)行參數(shù)計算和元件選型。利用AME Sim建模仿真系統(tǒng)搭建了液壓回路,以BD20K7-10B315Y型先導(dǎo)溢流閥、FHS400/125/31.5型電液換向閥、FDT-400/40型液控單向閥、FJZ400/31.5型截止閥為研究對象,在仿真模式下得到各閥特性試驗性能參數(shù)變化曲線,以及閥芯閥體配合間隙、系統(tǒng)壓力、溫度等參數(shù)對電液換向閥內(nèi)泄漏量的影響。經(jīng)過分析研究,該液壓回路滿足閥類元件性能測試需求。基于虛擬儀器技術(shù)構(gòu)建了測試系統(tǒng)硬件平臺,完成了傳感器、采集卡的選型以及調(diào)理電路的設(shè)計。以LABVIEW2011為軟件開發(fā)平臺,開發(fā)了支架閥類元件性能測試軟件,集數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)處理、圖形顯示、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、報表生成為一體,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對支架中不同類型閥類元件的性能檢測。通過實(shí)驗對測試系統(tǒng)靜態(tài)特性進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明各通道靜態(tài)特性良好。最后以實(shí)驗室現(xiàn)有設(shè)備—FCYCS-F液壓控制閥組綜合實(shí)驗臺為基礎(chǔ),搭建硬件測試平臺進(jìn)行功能驗證,實(shí)驗證明,本文研發(fā)的支架用閥類元件性能測試系統(tǒng)所具有的功能能夠滿足國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic support is the core equipment in the support system of fully mechanized coal mining face in coal mine. It is used to support the roof of roadway coal seam, prevent gangue from falling back into coal mining area, and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment to the maximum extent. The valve is the main control element in the hydraulic support. The valve type in the support mainly includes the safety valve, the reversing valve, the hydraulic control one way valve, and the stop valve. The performance of valve components has a direct impact on the working state of hydraulic support. It is of great practical significance to study the testing methods and systems of valve components in support for ensuring the safe production of coal mines. According to the national standard GB25794.3-2010 < coal mine hydraulic support part 3: hydraulic control system and valve >, the performance test requirements of valve components used in hydraulic support are described in this paper. The test items and main testing parameters of valve component performance test system are determined. According to the idea of modularization, the hydraulic circuit for testing the performance of valve components is designed, and the parameters of the key components of the hydraulic test-bed are calculated and the components are selected. The hydraulic circuit is built by using AME Sim modeling and simulation system. The research object is BD20K7-10B315Y pilot relief valve, FHS400/125/31.5 electro-hydraulic reversing valve, FDT-400/40 hydraulic control one-way valve and FJZ400/31.5 type globe valve. In the simulation mode, the change curves of the performance parameters of each valve characteristic test, and the influence of valve core valve body fit clearance, system pressure and temperature on the leakage volume in the electro-hydraulic directional valve were obtained. Through analysis and research, the hydraulic circuit meets the requirement of valve component performance test. Based on the virtual instrument technology, the hardware platform of the test system is constructed, and the sensor, the selection of the acquisition card and the design of the conditioning circuit are completed. Based on the software development platform of LABVIEW2011, a software for testing the performance of valve components is developed, which integrates data acquisition, data processing, graphic display, data query and report generation, and realizes the performance testing of different types of valve components in the bracket. The static characteristics of the test system are analyzed through experiments, and the results show that the static characteristics of each channel are good. Finally, based on the existing laboratory equipment-FCYCS-F hydraulic control valve group comprehensive experimental platform, build hardware test platform for functional verification, experimental results show that, The function of valve component performance test system developed in this paper can meet the requirements of national standards.
