【摘要】：利用TG-DSC-DTG對不同品級鋁礬土進行熱分析,研究不同品級鋁礬土在不同溫度下的均化燒結情況,利用XRD、SEM對均化礬土熟料的物相組成和微觀結構進行研究。結果表明:Al2O3含量為89%(S級)、84%(I級)和74%(IIA級)的鋁礬土,其最佳均化燒結溫度分別為1580℃、1600℃和1650℃,各級均化礬土熟料在最佳燒結狀態(tài)下的晶體結構和生長形態(tài)為:S級、I級均化礬土熟料主要為發(fā)育良好的剛玉晶粒,大部分呈長柱狀,少量呈等軸狀,晶粒間結合緊密,雜質均勻分布在晶界的玻璃相中;IIA級均化礬土熟料中剛玉相與莫來石相共存,晶粒發(fā)育良好,莫來石晶體為長柱狀。
[Abstract]:The thermal analysis of bauxite of different grade was carried out by TG-DSC-DTG, and the homogenization sintering of bauxite at different temperature was studied. The phase composition and microstructure of bauxite clinker were studied by XRD,SEM.
