唐山某煤礦采空區(qū)地表變形機(jī)理及危險(xiǎn)性評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:伴隨我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化不斷推進(jìn),土地資源日益緊張,許多基礎(chǔ)性建設(shè)會(huì)在礦區(qū)用地上展開,由于采空區(qū)的不穩(wěn)定性,往往給工程建設(shè)帶來極大安全隱患問題,為了保證礦區(qū)上部的建筑安全穩(wěn)定,防止由采空區(qū)的大變形造成地表建筑物損壞,研究煤礦開采后地表變形位移及應(yīng)力特征對(duì)我國(guó)礦區(qū)土地的有效利用和建設(shè)規(guī)劃具有重要借鑒指導(dǎo)意義。本論文結(jié)合唐山城市規(guī)劃區(qū)采空塌陷調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià)專題報(bào)告,開展了研究區(qū)內(nèi)采空區(qū)地表變形位移研究,本文通過對(duì)該區(qū)綜合勘察資料的分析,確定了研究區(qū)內(nèi)基本工程地質(zhì)條件,并得出研究區(qū)內(nèi)主要采空區(qū)的分布特征、規(guī)模及覆巖物理力學(xué)特性,隨之借助FLAC3D模擬軟件模擬了在不同開采條件下采空區(qū)的地表變形位移特征;分析不同影響因素對(duì)地表變形位移的影響規(guī)律,接著運(yùn)用FLAC3D模擬軟件對(duì)研究區(qū)內(nèi)典型采空區(qū)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬研究,分析煤層開采后的地表變形位移和各巖層的應(yīng)力變化特征,然后基于概率積分地表變形預(yù)測(cè)方法對(duì)采空區(qū)地表變形做出預(yù)測(cè),并將之前數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與概率積分方法計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)比分析,確定數(shù)學(xué)計(jì)算的可信性,最后根據(jù)劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)該區(qū)整體做危險(xiǎn)性分區(qū),為以后在該區(qū)域開展工程工作提供資料指導(dǎo)。主要取得如下成果:分析研究了采空區(qū)上覆巖層和地表的位移變形特征,初步研究分析了采空區(qū)三帶分布與水平、傾斜煤層地表沉陷盆地特征;通過FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬軟件,研究了各開采條件下地表變形機(jī)理特征,得出影響因子;通過整理研究區(qū)綜合勘察資料,確定采空區(qū)分布特征,借助FLAC3D進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算,得出各地層豎向、水平位移規(guī)律及內(nèi)部應(yīng)力分布特征;借助概率積分法,對(duì)整體進(jìn)行計(jì)算,得出地表變形位移圖,并比對(duì)相同區(qū)域的數(shù)值模擬和概率積分計(jì)算的結(jié)果,確定數(shù)學(xué)計(jì)算結(jié)果的可靠性,并依據(jù)劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)整體進(jìn)行危險(xiǎn)性分區(qū),得出分區(qū)圖。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urbanization in China, land resources are increasingly tight, many basic construction will be carried out on the mining land, because of the instability of goaf, it often brings great security problems to engineering construction. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the building in the upper part of the mining area and prevent the damage of the surface buildings caused by the large deformation of the goaf, It is of great significance to study the characteristics of surface deformation, displacement and stress after coal mining for the effective utilization and construction planning of mining area in China. Combined with the special report on the investigation and evaluation of mining collapse in Tangshan urban planning area, this paper has carried out the research on the surface deformation and displacement of goaf in the study area. Through the analysis of the comprehensive survey data in this area, the basic engineering geological conditions in the study area have been determined. The distribution, scale and physical and mechanical characteristics of the main goaf in the study area are obtained, and then the surface deformation and displacement characteristics of the goaf under different mining conditions are simulated by FLAC3D simulation software. This paper analyzes the influence of different influencing factors on the surface deformation displacement, and then uses FLAC3D software to simulate the typical goaf in the study area, and analyzes the surface deformation displacement and the stress variation characteristics of each rock layer after coal seam mining. Then the surface deformation of goaf is predicted based on probabilistic integral method, and the results of numerical simulation and probabilistic integral method are compared and analyzed to determine the credibility of mathematical calculation. Make the dangerous zoning to the whole area, and provide the data guidance for carrying out the engineering work in this area. The main achievements are as follows: the characteristics of displacement and deformation of overlying strata and surface in goaf are analyzed, the distribution and level of three zones in goaf and the characteristics of subsidence basin in inclined coal seam are studied preliminarily. Through FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the characteristics of surface deformation mechanism under various mining conditions are studied, and the influence factors are obtained. Through sorting out the comprehensive survey data of the study area, the distribution characteristics of the goaf are determined, and the vertical and horizontal displacement law and the internal stress distribution characteristics of the various layers are obtained by using the FLAC3D simulation calculation. With the help of probability integral method, the whole deformation displacement map is obtained, and compared with the numerical simulation of the same area and the result of probabilistic integral calculation, the reliability of the mathematical calculation result is determined, and according to the dividing standard, Carry on the dangerous partition to the whole, draw the partition map.
