輸送帶全斷面斷帶抓捕器抓捕過(guò)程研究

【摘要】:為抓捕斷裂或者倒轉(zhuǎn)打滑的輸送帶,從而減少輸送帶斷裂造成的破壞與損失,介紹了一種新型全斷面斷帶抓捕器,闡述了該抓捕器的結(jié)構(gòu)與動(dòng)作原理,并根據(jù)理論力學(xué)基本知識(shí)分析了抓捕過(guò)程,給出了抓捕器實(shí)現(xiàn)斷帶抓捕的條件,并分析了夾持角與摩擦因數(shù)等對(duì)抓捕效果的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)夾持角θ與摩擦因數(shù)α滿足1/α≤tanθ時(shí),抓捕器可形成自鎖,即在結(jié)構(gòu)與輸送帶強(qiáng)度允許范圍內(nèi),抓捕器可以提供足夠大的抓捕力夾持?jǐn)鄮?當(dāng)1/αtanθ時(shí),抓捕器不能形成自鎖,此時(shí)機(jī)構(gòu)存在最大抓捕力,且與配重、夾持角以及摩擦因數(shù)有關(guān),可根據(jù)實(shí)際需求配重調(diào)整等方法實(shí)現(xiàn)抓捕。
