懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)的干涉分析及結(jié)構(gòu)改造研究

【摘要】:懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)(Boom-Type Roadheader)是一類可以實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械破煤巖、裝料、運(yùn)輸煤巖,依靠液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)行走,具有噴霧、滅塵等功能的巷道掘進(jìn)聯(lián)合機(jī)組,被廣泛的應(yīng)用于煤礦井下巷道的施工。隨著煤炭裝備技術(shù)水平的提高,年產(chǎn)千萬(wàn)噸的生產(chǎn)礦井越來(lái)越多,現(xiàn)有的綜掘機(jī)已不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化礦井的發(fā)展需求,這就對(duì)掘進(jìn)設(shè)備提出了更高的要求。懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)綜合性能的安全可靠性不僅直接影響整個(gè)礦井的生產(chǎn)能力、礦井經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,而且還涉及到井下工作人員的生命安全。本論文結(jié)合梅花井煤礦生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際條件,依據(jù)EBZ-120C懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特征和使用情況,深入分析了EBZ-120C懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)截割部與鏟板部的干涉問(wèn)題,并指出導(dǎo)致截割部與鏟板部干涉的根源在三個(gè)層面,即截割部限位裝置與鏟板部自身的設(shè)計(jì)缺陷、液壓油缸的調(diào)節(jié)與控制精度不夠、鏟板部后部的限位裝置尺寸設(shè)計(jì)不合理;谏鲜鰡(wèn)題,本文提出了解決干涉途徑:一是將懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)截割部限位裝置與鏟板部自身的設(shè)計(jì)缺陷進(jìn)行技術(shù)改造,將限位塊的基本尺寸進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)(寬度增加50mm,高度降低50mm)。二是采用數(shù)字液壓缸這一新技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)行程控制的思路,進(jìn)而避開鏟板與截割臂的干涉范圍。通過(guò)實(shí)際應(yīng)用,這種方法對(duì)防止鏟板和截割部干涉具有重要作用。本文提出的方案使得EBZ-120C型更適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化礦井的生產(chǎn)要求,提高了生產(chǎn)效率、降低了使用成本。
[Abstract]:The cantilever roadheader (Boom-Type Roadheader) is a kind of roadway driving combined unit which can realize mechanical coal breaking, loading, transporting coal and rock, depending on hydraulic driving, and has the functions of spray, dust extinguishing and so on. It is widely used in underground roadway construction. With the improvement of technical level of coal equipment, there are more and more production mines with annual production capacity of ten million tons. The existing fully mechanized excavators can no longer meet the needs of the development of modern mines, which puts forward higher requirements for tunneling equipment. The safety and reliability of the comprehensive performance of the cantilever roadheader not only directly affects the production capacity of the whole mine and the economic benefit of the mine, but also relates to the life safety of the underground workers. According to the structure and application of EBZ-120C cantilever roadheader, the interference between cutting part and shovel plate part of EBZ-120C cantilever roadheader is deeply analyzed in this paper, according to the actual conditions of coal mine production in Meihua well, according to the structure characteristics and application situation of EBZ-120C cantilever roadheader. It is pointed out that the interference between the cutting part and the shovel is caused by three levels, namely, the design defects of the cutting part limit device and the shovel plate part, the insufficient adjustment and control accuracy of the hydraulic cylinder, and the unreasonable design of the dimension of the limit device in the rear part of the shovel plate part. Based on the above problems, this paper puts forward a way to solve the interference: firstly, the design defects of the cutting part limit device and the shovel plate part of the cantilever roadheader are reformed, and the basic size of the limit block is optimized (the width is increased by 50mm, Height reduction 50mm). Secondly, the new technology of digital hydraulic cylinder is adopted to realize the train of thought of stroke control, thus avoiding the interference range between the shovel plate and the cutting arm. Through practical application, this method plays an important role in preventing the interference of shovel plate and cutting part. The scheme proposed in this paper makes the EBZ-120C type more suitable for the production requirements of modern mines, improves the production efficiency and reduces the use cost.
