【摘要】：安全教育工作是搞好煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的重要組成部分,更是煤礦企業(yè)的一項(xiàng)法定義務(wù)。通過安全教育培養(yǎng)和提高勞動(dòng)者的安全知識(shí)、技能和自我保護(hù)能力,從而為個(gè)人及社會(huì)帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)收益,這就是教育的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益作用。中小型煤礦企業(yè)安全管理工作的開展,需要進(jìn)行職工安全教育,以提高他們重視煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的觀念和認(rèn)識(shí)水平,以及提高在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)中的自我保護(hù)能力,從而提高企業(yè)和個(gè)人的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益。安全教育是一種意識(shí)的培養(yǎng),是長期甚至貫穿人一生所有活動(dòng)的終身教育,對(duì)于安全系數(shù)相對(duì)較低的中小型煤礦來說,礦工安全教育是控制甚至消除安全事故的重要途徑。中小型煤礦安全教育通過改變?nèi)说牟话踩蛩?提高企業(yè)安全系數(shù),從而間接地帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,完成安全教育的目的。通過分析安全教育能夠給企業(yè)和個(gè)人帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,揭示中小型煤礦開展安全教育的動(dòng)因,在對(duì)中小型煤礦安全教育存在問題及成因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從安全教育的投入與產(chǎn)出、安全教育的需求與供給、政府監(jiān)管安全教育等方面出發(fā),從源頭上解讀煤礦職工樹立安全教育學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)的重要意義,最大限度地減少人為因素導(dǎo)致煤礦事故的發(fā)生,對(duì)煤礦安全教育事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,給出指導(dǎo)建議。
[Abstract]:Safety education is an important part of coal mine safety production, and is also a legal obligation of coal mining enterprises. Through safety education, we can cultivate and improve workers' safety knowledge, skills and self-protection ability, so as to bring economic benefits to individuals and society, which is the economic benefit of education. To carry out safety management in small and medium-sized coal mining enterprises, it is necessary to carry out safety education for workers in order to raise their awareness and awareness of safety in coal mines, and to improve their ability to protect themselves in production links. So as to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and individuals. Safety education is a kind of consciousness cultivation, it is the lifelong education that runs through all the activities of human life for a long time. For the small and medium-sized coal mine with relatively low safety coefficient, the safety education of miners is an important way to control and even eliminate the safety accidents. Safety education in small and medium-sized coal mines can improve the safety coefficient of enterprises by changing the unsafe factors of people, thus indirectly bringing economic benefits and accomplishing the purpose of safety education. By analyzing the economic benefits that safety education can bring to enterprises and individuals, this paper reveals the causes of safety education in small and medium-sized coal mines, and analyzes the existing problems and causes of safety education in small and medium-sized coal mines. From the aspects of input and output of safety education, demand and supply of safety education, safety education of government supervision and so on, the important significance of setting up safety education study consciousness for coal mine workers is interpreted from the source. This paper minimizes the occurrence of coal mine accidents caused by human factors, and gives some suggestions for the sustainable development of coal mine safety education.
