模擬實(shí)體煤賦存環(huán)境下厭氧微生物降解煤吸附甲烷實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:厭氧型甲烷氧化菌是一類以甲烷作為唯一碳源和能源的微生物,在降解轉(zhuǎn)化煤層吸附瓦斯等方面具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。自主設(shè)計(jì)了原煤體鉆孔菌液注入系統(tǒng)、厭氧微生物降解原煤體吸附甲烷實(shí)驗(yàn)分析系統(tǒng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:30℃為該菌種最適宜生長(zhǎng)溫度,甲烷最高降解率可達(dá)47.73%;在注液壓力為0~22 MPa范圍內(nèi),甲烷降解率隨著注液壓力的增大而增大,注液壓力為22MPa時(shí),原煤體被壓裂,此時(shí)甲烷降解率急劇增大,平均降解率達(dá)到63.79%;甲烷降解率隨著注入菌液體積的增加而增大,注入菌液為35 mL時(shí)甲烷的降解率約為55%。
