排山樓金礦電氣安全模糊綜合評價研究

【摘要】:眾所周知,礦山電氣系統(tǒng)在礦山安全生產中起著非常重要的作用。為確保礦山電氣系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定可靠,本文綜合運用專家咨詢法,改進層次分析法與模糊綜合評價法相結合的方法建立了礦山電氣安全綜合評價模型。通過對礦山電氣系統(tǒng)安全評價,發(fā)現(xiàn)電氣系統(tǒng)存在的問題,及時地提出改進措施,防止電氣事故的發(fā)生。本文詳細描述了此綜合評價模型的過程與結構。此模型是擁有44項評價指標的體系,其包括防觸電安全性、防火安全性、防雷安全性以及管理完善性4個評價單元。其中,各評價指標的權值可均從改進層次分析法中得以確認。并且,我們利用該模型對阜新排山樓金礦的電氣安全系統(tǒng)進行了評價,找出了影響該礦山電氣安全的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提出了整改措施并提高了排山樓金礦的整體水平。應用實例表明了該評價方法是對于檢測電氣安全方面具有實際應用性和全面性。
[Abstract]:As we all know, mine electrical system plays a very important role in mine safety production. In order to ensure the safety, stability and reliability of mine electrical system, the comprehensive evaluation model of mine electrical safety is established by using expert consultation method and improving the method of combining analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through the safety evaluation of mine electrical system, the existing problems of electrical system are found, and the improvement measures are put forward in time to prevent the occurrence of electrical accident. This paper describes the process and structure of the comprehensive evaluation model in detail. The model is a system with 44 evaluation indexes, which includes four evaluation units: electric shock safety, fire protection, lightning protection and management perfection. The weights of each evaluation index can be confirmed by the improved Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In addition, we use the model to evaluate the electrical safety system of the Peshanlou Gold Mine in Fuxin, find out the weak links that affect the electrical safety of the mine, put forward the rectification measures and improve the overall level of the Peshanlou Gold Mine. The application example shows that the evaluation method is practical and comprehensive in detecting electrical safety.
