傾斜碎石墊層對滾石防治理論的研究

【摘要】:露天礦山邊坡滾石嚴重威脅著下方工作人員和機械設備的安全.為有效治理高陡邊坡的滾石,以南芬露天鐵礦為例,建立滾石在邊坡碰撞過程中速度和總動能的計算方程,利用Geoslope程序分析了共9個邊坡剖面的穩(wěn)定性,辨識出滾石高發(fā)區(qū)域.提出了在安全平臺上反傾鋪設碎石層對滾石進行消能的方法,利用Rockfall程序分別對5°,10°,15°,20°傾角的墊層情況下滾石運動軌跡和運動特征進行數(shù)值計算分析.結(jié)果表明:在安全平臺上反傾鋪設碎石層能夠?qū)L石進行有效治理,隨著傾斜墊層角度的增加,滾石治理效果增強,但效果相對增幅逐漸降低.故確定合理墊層傾斜角度,既可達到有效治理效果,又節(jié)約防護成本,可確保露天礦山的安全可持續(xù)開采.
[Abstract]:The slope rolling rock of open pit mine seriously threatens the safety of workers and mechanical equipment below. In order to effectively control the rolling stones of high and steep slopes, taking Nanfen opencast iron mine as an example, the calculation equations of velocity and total kinetic energy of rolling stones in the process of slope collision are established. The stability of nine slope sections is analyzed by Geoslope program, and the high incidence area of rolling stones is identified. In this paper, a method of energy dissipation of rolling stones is put forward by laying gravel layer on the safe platform. The movement track and motion characteristics of rolling stones are calculated and analyzed by Rockfall program under the condition of 5 擄, 10 擄, 15 擄and 20 擄inclination respectively. The results show that the rolling stone can be effectively treated by the reverse dumping gravel layer on the safe platform. With the increase of the angle of the inclined cushion, the treatment effect of the rolling stone increases, but the relative increase of the effect decreases gradually. Therefore, to determine the reasonable angle of cushion tilt can not only achieve effective treatment effect, but also save the cost of protection, and ensure the safe and sustainable mining of open pit mine.
