銅尾礦資源化利用與處置新工藝

【摘要】:綜合介紹了銅尾礦的主要性質(zhì)及利用現(xiàn)狀,對比現(xiàn)有銅尾礦處置技術(shù)及存在問題,提出一種能實現(xiàn)銅尾礦高效資源化的新工藝,并分析其作為硅質(zhì)原料的應用性能。結(jié)果表明,通過新工藝處理的銅尾礦微粉,活性組分和顆粒特性均得到優(yōu)化,能夠高摻量地應用于新型建筑材料中,從而實現(xiàn)銅尾礦的高附加值利用。
[Abstract]:The main properties and utilization status of copper tailings are introduced in this paper. Compared with the existing disposal technology and existing problems of copper tailings, a new process which can realize the efficient utilization of copper tailings is put forward, and its application performance as siliceous raw material is analyzed. The results show that the active components and particle characteristics of the copper tailings treated by the new process are optimized and can be used in new building materials in a high amount, thus realizing the high value-added utilization of copper tailings.
