極松散煤層完全沿空掘巷支護(hù)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:煤炭開采過程中實(shí)行的沿空掘巷,其發(fā)展過程包括從預(yù)留寬煤柱的沿空掘巷支護(hù)到預(yù)留窄煤柱的沿空掘巷支護(hù),再到如今的完全沿空掘巷支護(hù)。完全沿空掘巷支護(hù)尚屬新生事物,在煤礦企業(yè)中實(shí)施的不多。本文利用安徽理工大學(xué)礦山工程力學(xué)與支護(hù)研究所在淮北礦業(yè)有限公司渦北煤礦的研究課題,對(duì)完全沿空掘巷支護(hù)進(jìn)行了深入探究。結(jié)合渦北煤礦復(fù)雜的地質(zhì)條件和完全沿空掘巷受力的不對(duì)稱型,提出了一種金屬錨架增強(qiáng)支護(hù)技術(shù)即金屬棚架+補(bǔ)強(qiáng)錨桿支護(hù)。分析了這種支護(hù)技術(shù)中金屬棚架與補(bǔ)強(qiáng)錨桿的相互作用機(jī)理,整體支護(hù)技術(shù)抑制巷道變形,保持巷道穩(wěn)定的原理。 本文通過力學(xué)模型理論計(jì)算和數(shù)值模擬,比較了單純金屬棚架支護(hù)、補(bǔ)強(qiáng)兩排錨桿棚架支護(hù)、補(bǔ)強(qiáng)三排錨桿棚架支護(hù)的結(jié)果,得出了完全沿空掘巷實(shí)體煤側(cè)金屬棚架從拱肩到棚腿底端是其受力薄弱部位,需要進(jìn)行補(bǔ)強(qiáng)支護(hù)。補(bǔ)強(qiáng)錨桿的合理確定,對(duì)于金屬棚架受力具有重要意義。這種聯(lián)合支護(hù)技術(shù)中金屬棚架和補(bǔ)強(qiáng)錨桿的相互配合作用是保證完全沿空掘巷能夠?qū)嵤┑闹匾獥l件。同時(shí)此次完全沿空掘巷項(xiàng)目的成功也為以后類似巷道的加固和支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)提供了重要借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the process of coal mining, the development process of gob-side roadway is from the gob-side roadway support of reserved wide coal pillar to the gob-side roadway support of reserved narrow coal pillar, and then to the complete gob-side roadway support now. It is a new thing to excavate roadway completely along the goaf, and it is not carried out much in coal mining enterprise. Based on the research topic of Anhui University of Technology Institute of Mine Engineering Mechanics and support in Wupi Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining Co. Ltd., this paper makes a deep research on the complete gob-side roadway support. Based on the complex geological conditions and the asymmetrical type of roadway driving along the goaf, a kind of metal bolting reinforcement support technology, that is, bolting with metal scaffold, is put forward in this paper. The interaction mechanism between the metal scaffold and the reinforced bolt in this support technology is analyzed. The principle that the integral support technology can restrain the roadway deformation and keep the roadway stable is analyzed. Based on the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation of mechanical model, this paper compares the results of simple metal scaffold support, reinforcement of two rows of bolting scaffolding, and reinforcement of three rows of bolting scaffolding. It is concluded that the metal scaffold of solid coal side is the weak position from the arch shoulder to the bottom end of the shack leg, which needs to be reinforced. The reasonable determination of reinforcing bolt is of great significance to the stress of metal scaffolding. In this kind of combined support technology, the interaction of metal scaffolding and reinforcing bolt is an important condition to ensure the complete gob driving roadway can be carried out. At the same time, the success of the project provides an important reference for the reinforcement and support design of similar roadways in the future.
