復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)動力學(xué)及有限元分析
[Abstract]:Mining industry is an indispensable part in the economic field of our country, and jaw crusher plays an important role in mining industry. However, the jaw crusher has some problems, such as low efficiency and high energy consumption. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of jaw crusher and reduce energy consumption, the design of jaw crusher is very necessary. This paper takes the compound pendulum jaw crusher as the research object, studies and analyzes the changing law of the force of crushing force on the moving jaw plate, solves its analytic equation, and applies it to the dynamic analysis of the crushing process of the crusher. In the dynamic analysis of crusher, a new simplified model of crusher is put forward. Based on this model, the reaction force and balance moment of each member are calculated and analyzed. The results are compared with the dynamic parameters obtained from the simplified four-bar model. Finally, taking the frame of the whole machine as the research object, using ABAQUS software, the modal analysis of the frame is carried out. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: (1) according to the structure and working principle of jaw crusher, The form of interaction between eccentric device and moving Hubei and the periodical variation law of breaking force under the working condition of crusher are studied. Based on this, a calculating and analyzing model of crusher is put forward. (2) based on the parameters of jaw crusher, kinematics simulation and modeling of jaw crusher are carried out. The MATLAB simulation platform is used to solve the model, and the angular displacement, angular velocity, angular acceleration and the movement curves of any point of the jaw crusher are obtained, and the results are analyzed. (3) according to the data of kinematics analysis, based on the new simplified model of crusher, the dynamic analysis of crusher in the working process is carried out, and the reaction force and equilibrium moment of each component are solved. Compared with the traditional four-bar simplified model of crusher, the parameters obtained are compared and analyzed. Based on two simplified models, the dynamic analysis of the crusher under no-load operation is carried out, and the reaction force and the balance moment of each component are calculated and compared. Through the comparison and analysis above, it can be seen that the traditional four-bar simplified model brings a large model error for the dynamic analysis of the crusher because of too many simplifications. (4) taking the frame as the research object, the modal analysis of the frame is carried out with the help of the powerful function of ABAQUS finite element analysis software, and the natural frequencies and relative modes of each order are obtained. In this way, it is determined that in the working process of jaw crusher, the rack will produce resonance. This provides a reference for the structural optimization of the crusher, and also provides a basis for selecting the parameters of the motor.
