【摘要】：闡述了煤礦智能化感知與控制具有的技術內涵,對我國綜采工作面智能化遠程控制開采和綜掘工作面高效一體化進行了剖析。同時對國外領先的LASC技術實現(xiàn)的三維姿態(tài)、自動調直、水平控制功能和IMSC技術的應用情況進行了研究,并重點對國內綜采設備、綜掘設備智能化感知與控制新模式進行了探索。指出了綜采設備的智能化開采、煤巖監(jiān)測、遠程控制、連續(xù)推進關鍵技術的重要性,同時分析了采煤機智能化感知與控制技術的關鍵所在;提出了綜掘設備要實現(xiàn)智能化感知與控制的技術突破。同時針對制約發(fā)展存在的智能探測、智能決策和亟待解決的技術難題,引入實時三維GIS導航技術、機器人技術進行了展望。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the technical connotation of intelligent perception and control in coal mine, and analyzes the intelligent remote control mining and the high efficiency integration of fully mechanized mining face in our country. At the same time, the 3D attitude, automatic straightening, horizontal control function and the application of IMSC technology realized by foreign leading LASC technology are studied, and the new intelligent perception and control mode of domestic fully mechanized mining equipment and fully mechanized excavating equipment are explored. The importance of intelligent mining, coal and rock monitoring, remote control and continuous propulsion of fully mechanized coal mining equipment is pointed out. At the same time, the key technology of intelligent perception and control of shearer is analyzed. The technical breakthrough of intelligent perception and control for fully mechanized excavating equipment is put forward. At the same time, aiming at the problems of intelligent detection, intelligent decision and technical problems that need to be solved, the real-time 3D GIS navigation technology and robot technology are introduced.
