【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)管理理論和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)管理者認(rèn)識到信息管理和信息系統(tǒng)對提高企業(yè)競爭力的重要意義,信息系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)管理中的應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛。開灤(集團(tuán))有限責(zé)任公司是一個具有130多年煤炭開采歷史的大型國有企業(yè),近年來,一直在持續(xù)提升企業(yè)管理的信息化水平,在煤炭運銷管理的信息化方面也有了很大的發(fā)展。本文根據(jù)開灤集團(tuán)公司煤炭運銷管理的發(fā)展需要,運用管理信息系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論,從管理信息化的角度,對開灤集團(tuán)公司煤炭運銷管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃和設(shè)計,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先介紹了選題背景、研究意義和國內(nèi)外管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,重點介紹了大型煤炭企業(yè)運銷管理工作中的信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用情況,指出了可供借鑒的方面。其次介紹了管理信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和開發(fā)方面的基本理論,開灤集團(tuán)公司煤炭運銷管理的現(xiàn)狀,以及信息化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。運用管理信息系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論,分析了開灤集團(tuán)公司煤炭運銷管理的信息化工作所處的發(fā)展階段,查找了存在的問題,提出了信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的基本思路,對信息系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)和各功能模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。最后,根據(jù)開灤集團(tuán)公司煤炭運銷管理工作的實際,從組織、制度、人員和資金等方面,提出了保障信息系統(tǒng)實施的具體措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprise management theory and information technology, more and more managers realize the importance of information management and information system to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and the application of information system in enterprise management is more and more extensive. Kailuan (Group) Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned enterprise with a history of more than 130 years of coal mining. In recent years, Kailuan (Group) Co., Ltd. has been continuously improving the information level of enterprise management. In the management of coal transportation and marketing information has also had a great development. According to the development needs of coal transportation and marketing management in Kailuan Group Company, this paper plans and designs the coal transportation and marketing management information system of Kailuan Group Company from the point of view of management information, using the relevant theory of management information system. Has certain realistic significance. This paper first introduces the background of the topic, the significance of the research and the current situation of the management information system at home and abroad. It focuses on the application of the information system in the transportation and marketing management of large coal enterprises, and points out the aspects that can be used for reference. Secondly, it introduces the basic theory of management information system planning and development, the present situation of coal transportation and marketing management of Kailuan Group Company, and the present situation of information development. Based on the relevant theory of management information system, this paper analyzes the development stage of the information work of coal transportation and marketing management in Kailuan Group Company, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward the basic ideas of the development of information system. The overall structure and function modules of the information system are designed. Finally, according to the practice of coal transportation and marketing management in Kailuan Group Company, the concrete measures to ensure the implementation of information system are put forward from the aspects of organization, system, personnel and capital.
