【摘要】：為解決煤炭行業(yè)企業(yè)績效評價不完善問題,從財務指標及非財務指標兩方面,分析撫順礦業(yè)集團循環(huán)經(jīng)濟模型,構建一套符合新形勢下煤炭企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理要求的績效評價體系,并建立相應的評價模型。(1)建立相關分析法及魚骨圖模型。逐一研究影響企業(yè)績效的指標間的關系,分析各指標間的內在聯(lián)系,及與企業(yè)績效的關聯(lián)情況,并利用主成分分析法提取典型的少數(shù)幾個指標繼續(xù)分析,克服了多重共線性問題。(2)建立企業(yè)績效評價的TOPSIS評價模型。對引入循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式后的撫順礦業(yè)集團整體績效進行評價,研究其增長的趨勢。結果表明:指標間相關性降低,指標間聯(lián)系信息得到分析,指標個數(shù)減少,評價結果較好,對于堅持可持續(xù)發(fā)展,全面促進循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的有效運行具有重要意義。所建立的企業(yè)績效評價體系不僅適用于一般企業(yè),更能準確反映煤炭企業(yè)的特征。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of imperfect performance evaluation of coal enterprises, this paper analyzes the circular economy model of Fushun Mining Group from the two aspects of financial index and non-financial index, and constructs a set of performance evaluation system in line with the requirements of operation and management of coal enterprises under the new situation. The corresponding evaluation model was established. (1) correlation analysis method and fish bone map model were established. This paper studies the relationship among the indicators that affect the performance of the enterprise one by one, analyzes the internal relationship between the indicators and the performance of the enterprise, and extracts a few typical indicators to continue the analysis by using principal component analysis (PCA). The problem of multiple collinearity is overcome. (2) the TOPSIS evaluation model of enterprise performance evaluation is established. This paper evaluates the overall performance of Fushun Mining Group after introducing the circular economy development model, and studies its growth trend. The results show that the correlation among the indicators is reduced, the information of the relationship between the indicators is analyzed, the number of indicators is reduced, and the evaluation results are good. It is of great significance to persist in sustainable development and to promote the effective operation of circular economy in an all-round way. The established performance evaluation system is not only suitable for general enterprises, but also can accurately reflect the characteristics of coal enterprises.
