【摘要】：礦產(chǎn)資源作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),隨著工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的快速發(fā)展,人們對(duì)于礦產(chǎn)資源的需求量與日俱增,但開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程的管理混亂、綜合利用率低、環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重等問(wèn)題日益突出,這就促使要我們改進(jìn)發(fā)展思路,轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)礦產(chǎn)資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,本文以鄂爾多斯礦產(chǎn)資源整合為研究對(duì)象,以經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化為研究背景,在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)整合相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)鄂爾多斯市礦產(chǎn)資源的開(kāi)發(fā)整合現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面剖析,從不同角度分析礦產(chǎn)資源整合后的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在,采用熵權(quán)-模糊綜合評(píng)判法對(duì)鄂爾多斯市礦產(chǎn)資源整合效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),為促進(jìn)鄂爾多斯市礦產(chǎn)資源進(jìn)一步整合提出整改建議,指出應(yīng)當(dāng)加大礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)采技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、構(gòu)建礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用的國(guó)家統(tǒng)一管理體制、加快礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)的綠色發(fā)展,打造新價(jià)值鏈、合理設(shè)定資源整合的考量指標(biāo)、科學(xué)采用礦產(chǎn)資源整合模式、堅(jiān)持政府引導(dǎo)與市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作相結(jié)合、多措并舉做好礦產(chǎn)資源執(zhí)法大檢查工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,建立集約型、環(huán)境友好型的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法及思路;并且闡述了礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)整合相關(guān)理論,概括總結(jié)了礦產(chǎn)資源整合方法,提出了經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下進(jìn)行礦產(chǎn)資源整合的意義。最后,感謝指導(dǎo)老師的辛勤付出和極大的幫助,由于本人水平有限,文章中不足之處請(qǐng)各位老師指正。
[Abstract]:Mineral resources as an important pillar industry of national economic development, with the rapid development of industrial production, the demand for mineral resources is increasing day by day, but the management of the development process is chaotic, and the comprehensive utilization ratio is low. The environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, which urges us to improve the thinking of development, change the mode of development and realize the sustainable development of mineral resources. Therefore, this paper takes the integration of mineral resources in Ordos as the research object, takes the economic globalization as the research background, and analyzes the related research results of mineral resources development and integration at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the present situation of the development and integration of mineral resources in Ordos, analyzes the advantages of the integration of mineral resources from different angles, and evaluates the effect of the integration of mineral resources in Ordos by entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In order to promote the further integration of mineral resources in Ordos City, this paper puts forward some suggestions for further consolidation and reform, and points out that the technological innovation of mineral resources exploitation should be strengthened, the unified management system of mineral resources exploitation and utilization should be established, and the green development of mineral resources exploitation should be accelerated. To build a new value chain, to rationally set the consideration index for the integration of resources, to adopt scientifically the mode of integration of mineral resources, to adhere to the combination of government guidance and market operation, and to do a good job in inspecting the law enforcement of mineral resources at the same time. To realize the sustainable development of mineral resources exploitation and utilization and to establish the strategy of intensive and environment-friendly sustainable development. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the research contents, research methods and ideas of this paper. The related theories of mineral resources development and integration are expounded, the methods of mineral resources integration are summarized, and the significance of mineral resources integration under the background of economic globalization is put forward. Finally, thanks to the guidance teacher's hard work and great help, due to my limited level, the article's deficiencies please correct the teachers.
