【摘要】：薄煤層開采研究是我國煤礦行業(yè)研究的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域,薄煤層工作面由于其工作面條件限制,頂板管理復(fù)雜,受礦山壓力影響,開采條件復(fù)雜。所以,對薄煤層礦壓規(guī)律及開采方法的研究,為薄煤層工作面安全高效生產(chǎn)提供有效的技術(shù)保障。本文以牛兒莊礦56901工作面為研究背景,通過理論分析、實(shí)驗(yàn)室相似模擬等方法,并在工作面現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行礦壓實(shí)測,對56901工作面礦壓顯現(xiàn)特征、頂?shù)装暹\(yùn)移規(guī)律、上覆巖層移動(dòng)特征進(jìn)行研究。在工作面現(xiàn)場布置測點(diǎn)對圍巖受力及支承壓力分布特征進(jìn)行測定,分析工作面所受礦壓。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室相似模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),分析工作面上覆巖層礦壓規(guī)律及其應(yīng)力分布、巖層破斷特征。通過對牛兒莊礦56901薄煤層工作面進(jìn)行研究,在研究其地質(zhì)條件和礦壓規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,分析薄煤層圍巖受力與支護(hù)理論,確保礦井安全高效生產(chǎn),并為工作面開采過程中遇到的一系列問題提出優(yōu)化方案及解決措施。
[Abstract]:The research on thin coal seam mining is a key area of coal mining industry in our country. Because of its working face condition restriction, roof management is complex, the mining condition is complicated because of the influence of mine pressure. Therefore, the study of mine pressure law and mining method of thin coal seam provides an effective technical guarantee for safe and efficient production of thin coal seam face. This paper takes Niuerzhuang Coal Mine 56901 face as the research background, through theoretical analysis, laboratory similar simulation and other methods, and carries out the actual measurement of mine pressure in the working face field. The characteristics of mine pressure behavior and the law of roof and floor movement in 56901 working face are studied in this paper. The characteristics of overlying strata movement are studied. The stress of surrounding rock and the distribution of supporting pressure are measured at the site of the working face, and the pressure of the face is analyzed. In this paper, the rock pressure law, stress distribution and fracture characteristics of overlying strata on working face are analyzed by similar simulation experiment in laboratory. Based on the study of the 56901 thin coal seam face in Niuerzhuang Coal Mine, and on the basis of studying its geological conditions and rock pressure law, the paper analyzes the stress and support theory of surrounding rock in thin coal seam, so as to ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine. The optimization scheme and solution are put forward for a series of problems encountered in the mining process of working face.
