基于猶豫模糊集的生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案評估研究

【摘要】:為了全面有效評估企業(yè)生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案,提出了1種基于猶豫模糊集的評估方法。在借鑒相關(guān)學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從應(yīng)急預(yù)案的合法性、全面性、科學(xué)性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和可操作性等5個(gè)維度,構(gòu)建了生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案評估指標(biāo)體系;運(yùn)用集值迭代法確定各評價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,并提出基于猶豫模糊集的企業(yè)應(yīng)急預(yù)案評估方法;最后進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析。研究結(jié)果表明:該方法對評估生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the emergency plan of production safety accident, a method based on hesitant fuzzy set is proposed. Based on the research results of relevant scholars, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of emergency plan for production safety accidents from the five dimensions of legality, comprehensiveness, scientificalness, economy and maneuverability. The weight of each evaluation index is determined by means of set-valued iterative method, and the evaluation method of enterprise emergency plan based on hesitant fuzzy set is put forward. Finally, an example is analyzed. The results show that this method has certain reference value for evaluating emergency plan of production safety accident.
