【摘要】：合理設(shè)置采場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)是礦山企業(yè)需解決的技術(shù)難題。以大新錳礦西北采區(qū)+340 m中段的采礦工程為背景,采用Mathew圖法驗(yàn)核現(xiàn)有采場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的合理性,優(yōu)化了采場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。研究結(jié)果為:1礦山礦柱尺寸選取合理,能夠保證開采安全;2礦塊斜長(zhǎng)為60 m時(shí),Ⅰ礦與Ⅱ、Ⅲ礦的礦房沿走向的極限寬度理論計(jì)算值分別為13.5,10.8 m;建議在今后采礦設(shè)計(jì)中礦房寬度取9 m;3合理布置西北采區(qū)Ⅱ、Ⅲ礦礦柱與Ⅰ礦礦房采空區(qū)位置,使之達(dá)到上下對(duì)應(yīng),減少礦柱不合理布置帶來的安全隱患。
[Abstract]:Reasonable setting of stope structure parameters is a technical problem to be solved by mining enterprises.
