高鐵鋁土礦鋁鐵分離技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:我國(guó)的鋁土礦資源供給雖然不足,但大量的高鐵鋁土礦資源因?yàn)榉蛛x技術(shù)方面的原因而沒(méi)有得到有效的開(kāi)發(fā)利用。因此,開(kāi)展高鐵鋁土礦資源的鋁鐵分離研究,提高氧化鋁的品位和回收率,降低鐵含量,對(duì)于綜合利用高鐵鋁土礦具有實(shí)際意義。從物理法、包含化學(xué)的聯(lián)合處理法、微生物法等方面綜述了高鐵鋁土礦鋁鐵分離研究的現(xiàn)狀,指出物理法能低耗地實(shí)現(xiàn)粗粒、易于單體解離高鐵鋁土礦石的鋁鐵分離;化學(xué)法可以完成復(fù)合型高鐵鋁土礦的鋁鐵分離,但不同性質(zhì)的礦石需要選用與之相適應(yīng)的工藝方案;微生物法雖然具有低耗、無(wú)污染的特點(diǎn),但國(guó)內(nèi)仍處于研究初期,因此,利用微生物處理高鐵鋁土礦石有望成為新的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Although the supply of bauxite resources in China is insufficient, a large number of high iron bauxite resources have not been developed and utilized effectively because of the separation technology. Therefore, it is of practical significance for the comprehensive utilization of high iron bauxite to carry out the study on the separation of high iron bauxite resources, improve the grade and recovery of alumina, and reduce the iron content. The present situation of aluminum-iron separation of high iron bauxite is reviewed from physical method, chemical combined treatment method and microbiological method. It is pointed out that physical method can realize the separation of iron and aluminum from ferric bauxite with low consumption and is easy to be dissociated from ferric bauxite by single unit. The chemical method can be used to separate aluminum-iron from complex high iron bauxite, but the different properties of the ore need to be adapted to it. Although the microbial method has the characteristics of low consumption and no pollution, it is still in the early stage of research in our country. Microorganism treatment of high-iron bauxite is expected to become a new research direction.
