基于有效介質理論的煤巖界面識別方法研究

【摘要】:為解決目前依靠人工進行煤巖界面識別存在的問題,研究煤巖界面的自動識別技術,依據煤巖介電特性的差異,利用Bruggeman有效介質理論,建立基于煤含量檢測的煤巖分界模型,并以煤巖混合介質粉末為例,進行試驗驗證。通過模擬煤含量實時變化的煤巖混合介質,實時地獲得煤巖混合介質的相對介電常數,利用上述模型進行混合物煤含量的計算,并與閾值進行比較,判定采煤機截割狀態(tài)。測試結果表明:在0.01~30 MHz的檢測頻率內,煤巖混合介質的煤含量均能通過此方法計算得到,在0.5~30 MHz內,理論煤含量與實際煤含量的相對誤差較小,平均可控制在2.60%以下。該模型的計算結果均可以較準確地識別煤巖界面,為實現(xiàn)井下無人化開采提供一種新的煤巖識別方法。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems existing in coal and rock interface identification by hand at present, the automatic identification technology of coal and rock interface is studied. According to the difference of coal and rock dielectric characteristics, a coal rock boundary model based on coal content detection is established by using Bruggeman effective medium theory. Taking the mixed medium powder of coal and rock as an example, the test is carried out. The relative dielectric constant of coal-rock mixing medium is obtained in real time by simulating the coal content changing in real time. The mixture coal content is calculated by using the above model and compared with the threshold value to determine the cutting state of shearer. The test results show that in the detection frequency of 0.01 ~ 30 MHz, the coal content in the mixed medium can be calculated by this method. Within 0.5 ~ 30 MHz, the relative error between the theoretical coal content and the actual coal content is relatively small, and the average can be controlled below 2.60%. The calculated results of the model can identify the coal and rock interface more accurately, and provide a new method of coal and rock recognition for the realization of downhole unmanmade mining.
