【摘要】：近年來國際金價的變動,以及金礦資源開采難度的不斷加大,使得金礦生產(chǎn)企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的困難。2004年2月云南省商品拍賣中心有限公司對原鎮(zhèn)沅金礦的固定資產(chǎn)(不含礦權(quán))進行了拍賣。中國黃金集團以4700萬元競拍成功,由中國黃金集團科技公司控股的云南黃金有限責任公司正式接管。鎮(zhèn)沅金礦行政區(qū)劃隸屬于云南省鎮(zhèn)沅彝族、哈尼族、拉祜族自治縣和平鄉(xiāng),礦田南東段部分屬玉溪地區(qū)新平縣建新鄉(xiāng)。本論文以案頭文獻綜述為出發(fā)點,歸納分析了目前國內(nèi)外金礦田開采的主要方式與方法,以及不同學者專家對金礦田開采成本控制的相關(guān)建議和對此;在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了鎮(zhèn)沅金礦田的自然和礦產(chǎn)儲備條件,從廠址選擇、設(shè)備購買、人員投入等幾個方面對鎮(zhèn)沅金礦田的建設(shè)成本進行了研究,最后從制度保障、組織保障等角度提出了金礦田開發(fā)成本控制的保障措施。隨著國際金價的進一步下滑,國內(nèi)金礦資源的急劇下降,金礦田開采成本不斷上升,對國內(nèi)金礦田開發(fā)企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展面臨著重大的挑戰(zhàn)。本論文的研究將有力地帶動我國難處理金礦資源的開發(fā)利用,對促進黃金工業(yè)健康、穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。同時,由于該項目的開發(fā)建設(shè)將有利地推動當?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)展,促進當?shù)赜少Y源優(yōu)勢向經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢的轉(zhuǎn)變,所以對地方經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有較強的借鑒意義。通過介紹鎮(zhèn)沅金礦田的自然狀況,包括礦床特征、開采技術(shù)條件和礦產(chǎn)的環(huán)境,提出了鎮(zhèn)沅金礦田的開采難點。在此基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮自然、技術(shù)和環(huán)境因素,設(shè)計了鎮(zhèn)沅金礦田的開采方案。針對鎮(zhèn)沅金礦田建設(shè)的主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容,分析了各種成本費用投資估算,并對主要成本費用要素進行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對鎮(zhèn)沅金礦田建設(shè)的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益進行了評價。最后提出了鎮(zhèn)沅金礦田建設(shè)的保障措施。主要是從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、工程進度以及做好尾礦庫安全管理等方面提出了建議。鎮(zhèn)沅金礦田的開采經(jīng)濟可行,社會效益顯著。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the changes of international gold prices and the increasing difficulty of mining gold resources, In February, 2004, Yunnan Commodity auction Center Co., Ltd. auctioned the fixed assets (excluding mineral rights) of the original Zhenyuan gold mine. China Gold Group bid for 47 million yuan, China Gold Group Technology Co., Ltd. held by Yunnan Gold Co., Ltd. formally took over. Zhenyuan gold mine administrative division belongs to Zhenyuan Yi nationality, Hani nationality, Lahu nationality autonomous county Heping Township in Yunnan Province, and the east part of the south part of the ore field belongs to Jianxin Township of Xinping County, Yuxi area. Based on the desk literature review, this paper summarizes and analyzes the main ways and methods of gold mining at home and abroad, as well as the relevant suggestions and suggestions of different scholars and experts on the cost control of gold mining. This paper analyzes the natural and mineral reserve conditions of Zhenyuan gold ore field, studies the construction cost of Zhenyuan gold ore field from the aspects of site selection, equipment purchase, personnel input, etc. The measures to control the development cost of gold ore field are put forward from the point of view of organization and guarantee. With the further decline of the international gold price and the sharp decline of gold resources in China, the mining cost of gold ore field is rising constantly, which is facing a great challenge to the survival and development of domestic gold field development enterprises. The research in this paper will promote the development and utilization of refractory gold resources in China, which is of great significance to promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of gold industry. At the same time, the development and construction of the project will promote the development of local economy and promote the transformation from resource superiority to economic advantage, so it has a strong reference significance for the development of local economy. By introducing the natural situation of Zhenyuan gold ore field, including deposit characteristics, mining technical conditions and mineral environment, the difficulties of mining Zhenyuan gold ore field are put forward. On this basis, considering the natural, technical and environmental factors, the mining scheme of Zhenyuan gold ore field is designed. According to the main construction contents of Zhenyuan gold ore field, various cost and cost investment estimates are analyzed, and the main cost and expense elements are analyzed. On this basis, the economic and social benefits of Zhenyuan gold ore field construction are evaluated. Finally, the guarantee measures for the construction of Zhenyuan gold ore field are put forward. Suggestions are put forward mainly from the aspects of organization structure, project schedule and safety management of tailings reservoir. The exploitation of Zhenyuan gold ore field is economically feasible and the social benefit is remarkable.
