在線式激光礦漿粒度儀的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:礦漿粒度是選礦生產(chǎn)的重要經(jīng)濟參數(shù),但礦漿粒度的在線檢測一直是擺在研究人員面前的難題之一。要想保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量并且優(yōu)化控制,就必須實現(xiàn)在線粒度的檢測,這樣才能使得整個生產(chǎn)過程實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)控制。在對各種顆粒粒度分布測量方法比較之后發(fā)現(xiàn)測量礦漿粒度分布的最佳方法是激光粒度測量法。傳統(tǒng)的激光粒度儀存在的主要問題是成本較高和不利于在線檢測,為解決這兩個問題,在這里設(shè)計了一種基于雙色激光的磨礦粒度在線分析儀。研究工作如下:首先介紹了粒度分布等相關(guān)概念,對米氏散射理論和激光粒度儀的測量原理進行了深入研究;第二,設(shè)計了礦漿粒度儀總體結(jié)構(gòu),包括發(fā)射單元,光學系統(tǒng),接收單元和信號處理與控制單元,并給出了具體的軟硬件設(shè)計方案,利用MSP430F149單片機驅(qū)動線陣型CCD并采集處理CCD產(chǎn)生的光生電信號,設(shè)計了顯示電路,通訊電路和電源電路等;第三,研究了粒度分布反演算法,即約束算法和非約束算法,并對兩種算法進行了比較總結(jié),提出了一種改進的針對礦漿粒度分布測量的約束算法;最后搭建了簡單的實驗平臺,對1~100um礦粉進行了實驗測試并對粒度分布結(jié)果進行了分析。通過研究,完成了基于雙色激光的磨礦粒度在線分析儀的理論和實驗研究。實驗表明,采用線陣型CCD作為礦漿粒度儀的光電探測器并利用單片機對采集數(shù)據(jù)進行處理是可行的,滿足了磨礦生產(chǎn)對礦漿粒度分布測量的需要。
[Abstract]:Slurry granularity is an important economic parameter in mineral processing, but on-line detection of slurry granularity is one of the difficult problems in front of researchers. In order to ensure the quality of the product and optimize the control, it is necessary to realize the on-line granularity detection, so that the whole production process can be controlled by closed loop. After comparing various particle size distribution measurement methods, it is found that laser particle size measurement is the best method for measuring slurry particle size distribution. The main problems of traditional laser granulometer are high cost and unfavorable to on-line detection. In order to solve these two problems, an on-line analyzer of grinding granularity based on two-color laser is designed. The research work is as follows: firstly, the related concepts, such as particle size distribution, are introduced, and the theory of Michelson scattering and the measurement principle of laser particle size meter are deeply studied. Secondly, the overall structure of slurry granularity meter is designed, including emitter unit, optical system, and so on. The receiving unit and the signal processing and control unit, and the specific hardware and software design scheme are given. The display circuit, communication circuit and power supply circuit are designed by using the MSP430F149 single-chip microcomputer to drive the line formation CCD and to collect and process the photogenerated electrical signals generated by CCD. Thirdly, the granularity distribution inversion algorithm, namely, the constrained algorithm and the unconstrained algorithm, are studied, and the two algorithms are compared and summarized, and an improved constraint algorithm for the measurement of slurry granularity distribution is proposed. Finally, a simple experimental platform was set up, the 1~100um ore powder was tested and the particle size distribution results were analyzed. The theoretical and experimental research of grinding particle size analyzer based on two-color laser is completed. The experimental results show that it is feasible to use linear matrix CCD as the photoelectric detector of slurry granularity meter and to process the collected data by single chip computer, which meets the needs of grinding production for the measurement of slurry particle size distribution.
