矸石連續(xù)運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著采礦業(yè)的發(fā)展,礦井建設(shè)規(guī)模越來越大,產(chǎn)量也隨之提高。此時(shí),傳統(tǒng)的輔助運(yùn)輸模式已很難滿足礦井安全、高效生產(chǎn)的要求,制約了礦井開采能力的提高,制約了礦井自動(dòng)化和集中化控制的實(shí)現(xiàn)和發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)大型礦井迫切需要提高輔助運(yùn)輸?shù)倪B續(xù)化和自動(dòng)化水平。而要解決輔助運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)連續(xù)化問題,需解決運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的貯運(yùn)關(guān)系匹配、可靠性分配以及系統(tǒng)無(wú)人值守等若干關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題。本文主要研究解決前兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,并為此做了如下幾方面的研究:1、在研究分析矸石運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)工藝流程的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)工藝流程簡(jiǎn)化處理以及對(duì)輔助運(yùn)輸設(shè)備的輸送能力進(jìn)行等效轉(zhuǎn)化,建立矸石運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的貯運(yùn)基本模型,推導(dǎo)得出基本模型的貯運(yùn)匹配關(guān)系方程。并進(jìn)一步推廣到更加一般的情況中,推導(dǎo)得出適用于求解任意子系統(tǒng)相關(guān)參數(shù)的一般匹配關(guān)系式。2、從所依據(jù)的基本原理、結(jié)構(gòu)的組成部分以及各組成部分中相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)矩陣所包含的元素值的是如何獲取等方面介紹了在研究矸石運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)可靠性分配時(shí)所用到的可靠性分配方法與模型——可靠性分配屋。3、以矸石運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)為例,應(yīng)用所建立的兩個(gè)模型,計(jì)算得出矸石運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)中各參數(shù)的理論值、實(shí)際值,以及基于故障模式計(jì)算得出可靠性分配指標(biāo),找出了系統(tǒng)中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。從而為設(shè)備的選型提供了一種新的參考方法,避免了設(shè)備選型的盲目性。同時(shí),進(jìn)一步提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the development of mining industry, the scale of mine construction is increasing, and the output is also increasing. At this time, the traditional auxiliary transportation mode has been difficult to meet the requirements of mine safety and efficient production, which restricts the improvement of mine mining capacity, and restricts the realization and development of mine automation and centralized control. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the continuous and automatic level of auxiliary transportation for large mines. In order to solve the continuous problem of auxiliary transportation system, it is necessary to solve some key technical problems such as transportation system storage and transportation relation matching, reliability distribution and system unattended. This paper mainly studies the first two key technical problems, and makes the following research on the following aspects: 1. On the basis of the research and analysis of the technological process of the gangue transportation system, The simplified technological process and equivalent transformation of transportation capacity of auxiliary transportation equipment were carried out, and the basic model of storage and transportation of gangue transportation system was established, and the equation of matching relation between storage and transportation of the basic model was derived. And further extended to the more general case, the general matching relation. 2, which is suitable for solving the relevant parameters of any subsystem, is derived from the basic principle. This paper introduces the reliability distribution methods and models used in the study of the reliability distribution of gangue transportation system from the aspects of the components of the structure and how to obtain the values of the elements contained in the relevant data matrix of each component. -Reliability Distribution House. 3, in the case of gangue transport systems, By using the two models established, the theoretical and practical values of the parameters in the gangue transportation system are calculated, as well as the reliability distribution index calculated based on the fault mode, and the weak links in the system are found out. It provides a new reference method for equipment selection and avoids blindness of equipment selection. At the same time, the reliability of the system is further improved.
